Estive por duas noites no hotel e quando fui realizar o check out havia consumo de duas águas no dia em que cheguei, sendo que havia trazido água e também fui ao mercado comprar mais água. O pior é que o frigobar é desabastecido e a água deve ser comprada na recepção, o que piora a situação. Se verificarmos as câmeras vão verificar que na hora descrita eu não estava na recepção. O valor pode parecer pouco, mas como trabalho viajando fico em muitos hotéis e se cada um cobrar um valor mesmo que pequeno, mas que não condiz a realidade, vou ter um grande prejuízo.

Achei o Hotel pelo Booking e liguei perguntando a respeito da diária com o sr. Marcos que estava atendendo no presente momento. Comentei que eram 05 horas da manhã e que tem Hotéis que tem flexibilidade e não cobra a diária inteira pois não acho justo entrar às 5 da manhã e ao Meio Dia pagar uma diária cheia. O Marcos demorou para ver, pois passado um tempo me respondeu e foi bem claro me disse que só cobraria UMA diária. Pois bem, fiquei tranquilo até tinha elogiado o Hotel aqui no Google e até o Sr Marcos. Fui sair no mesmo dia à noite exatamente às 21:00 horas e o recepcionista de plantão Sr. Tadeu disse que seriam cobradas 2 diárias. Ligou para o Marcos que disse que não tinha falado nada. Ou seja, virei mentiroso? O mesmo recepcionista ligou para o dono do Hotel e explicou a situação e o proprietário Senhor Nivaldo teve a coragem de mandar um áudio pelo Whatsapp para o recepcionista e me chamou de Folgado, que conhece o meu tipo de gente mesmo sem me conhecer e saber da situação que ocorreu. Como dono Não teve coragem de me ligar para entender a situação. Paga de cristão e xinga o cliente que se hospeda no seu Hotel? Deus vê tudo meu amigo! Aqui não me hospedo mais. Agradeço ao senhor Tadeu por tentar mediar e explicar a situação que era para o proprietário resolver e não deu a mínima.
