Grand Pacific Palisades Resort

The hotel was disappointing. Rose was in charge of our accommodation, she was absolutely not friendly, she took a very long time to do everything and gave us a room right under a building structure. When I turned on the air conditioner, the whole room was filled with construction dust, it became hard to breathe. We returned to the reception and asked to change the room, but they refused because there were no rooms available, although it was a weekday and the hotel was completely empty. I double-checked the hotel website, there were many available rooms of all categories, so I asked to invite a manager. The manager had to wait about 30 minutes, he did not introduce himself, he was also very unhappy that he was disturbed and said that the only free room was even further away than the one that was given to the first one, even further than the Cassara hotel, but without construction overhead. we offered to pay extra for a better room, but he strictly refused us and since it was impossible to cancel the hotel, we would have lost the full cost, we stayed the night in the room that was given. I don't recommend this hotel with such unfriendly staff.

Check in was slow due to understaffing but to GPO credit they did allow me to check in early. One of the main elevators was under repair. 2nd stay with that challenge. We managed but would not like it to be taking so long to repair. Kind and thoughtful staff. We stay here as often as we can!!!

The welcoming staff, the dining facilities, room service and the entertainment on Sunday all shined. I really adore the fantastic assistance and I will be seeking to plan my future stays here.

I got to the room at around 8 pm and I asked for a late check out or extra 30 minutes to check out after I already paid the extra hundred dollars for a later check out at 11and it was a problem The lady had an attitude and was rude and I will not be staying at this hotel or referring it to anybody after our paid over $400

Check in was a nightmare and the staff was very rude. Got overcharged. The room was okay, spacious. The pool was fun. Construction made the walkways kinda unsightly. The very expensive breakfast was basically what would be a free breakfast at another hotel, so don't bother paying for that. If the check in for my birthday trip would have been a better experience, my score would be higher. They were just so rude.

Room felt very clean, kitchen had the dishes we needed, staff was pleasant and helpful and quickly took care of requests. We enjoyed the many amenities and beautiful views.

Resort was great! Perfect for families with children! A short 5 minute walk to Legoland was a big plus also! Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Naz at the front desk was nice and helpful with everything we needed

Check in is 5pm - too late. Check out is 10am - too early. Elevators not working. Walked a mile to get to our room from parking garage. Front desk never picked out our calls.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms! We would definitely stay here again.
