Omni la Costa Resort & Spa Carlsbad

Love to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said "no worries I will take care of everything " SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS. THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE YOU MADE OUR 40th ANNIVERSARY MEMORABLE ❤️.

Spa was much needed and has excellent amenities. Our little one’s absolutely loved the pool with the slide! Very family friendly.

The staff at the Omni were incredible!! From check in to check out they were above and beyond. William at check in was fabulous and had our room ready early and was able to add the valentines special with late check out. When the champagne and strawberries were not delivered they went above and beyond sending champagne and chocolate Bon bons, waived the fee, and even Kimberly followed up sending a second bottle of champagne and the chocolate covered strawberries. All staff was attentive and our long weekend was unforgettable. Thank you all so much for making the weekend magical!! We will definitely be returning ❤️

I had a wonderful time at La Costa. The staff were professional and attentive. The room was fantastic, although I wish they had real bathroom doors. The food was delicious, and I loved that the fitness room was open 24 hours. You truly don’t have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself.

The room was not what it showed in the pictures but over all it was fine. Just the only problem was the shower smelled like mold when you turned on the water. That made it very unpleasant. It’s hard not to be able to shower where you are staying we had to use the bath tub for that.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We loved the resort. Room had an odd dripping water sound in the wall and the walls/doors were a little thin. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and look forward to more stays as Omni as the customer service was on par.

Room was clean, new, and modern. Staff members are so professional and friendly, tried best to make our stay great, gave us a memorable birthday celebration for my son!
