Legoland Castle Hotel

This hotel was a dream come true for my kids. It was magical. I highly recommend the splurge.

It was a dream for my son for awhile to visit Legoland and the hotel stay was the icing on top. He asked if he could live there. The only challenge was that the restaurant air conditioning was really uncomfortable, but we were able to control the temp in the rooms so that was minor.

I’m planning on leaving two different reviews because some staff is awesome and are super helpful and the other half were horrible. I want to shoutout Josie, and Erin at the Front Desk. They were super friendly with my kids and honestly made our stay. They are the only ones who even tried to make our stay enjoyable and took the time to explain things to us. Also, Jon and Stacy at Dragon’s Den were great.

We stayed here last week, 10/15-10/17. We were in awe with our suite and the Lego details. We got the one with the bunk beds and pull out sofa as well, we were on the first floor, had a balcony view, there were Legos in a bucket for the kiddos to play with, the room was spacious, we also got to enjoy breakfast the next day, (free breakfast). The food was good, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, etc. check in was seamless and so was checkout. The staff is impressive. The quality and friendliness of Nohemi and Jorge Ignacio in the lobby is undoubtedly on another level. They are very attentive and kind, and I am impressed with their service. These are points worth highlighting.
