Truro

Excellent stay. Super friendly staff. We are a frequent visitor to Premier Inns across the country and staying at their Truro Hotel is always a pleasure. The staff are always super friendly and cheerful, and the rooms are clean, well equipped and the shower is hot! What more can you ask for?!

Great Premier hotel. does exactly want you need it for. Ideal location for Penryn University Campus, about a 10min drive. Beds comfy, quiet location and reception staff lovely safe carpark and easy to find. stayed here twice and will again.

The hotel was huge on a big site. They informed me that there was some building going on and expected lots of noise but there wasn't any. The rooms are comfortable, with friendly staff who are very helpful if you have any issues or concerns. The rooms are nicely presented for visitors, adequate facilities of tea, coffee and and sugar. Along with plenty of plugs so you don't have the need to switch appliances over to use them which is great. The bed was nice and high very comfortable to sleep on. In fact the only thing that let things down was the fact they only gave you two pillows which were very flat. But as the bed was very relaxing I fell asleep immediately when I sat on the bed my eyes closed and and I woke up at 7 am. The food was very nice to think the bacon wasn't very crispy it was delicious with some baked beans and hash browns and a yogurt and coffee. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would visit again if in that area next time.

From my greeting on arrival to food in the restaurant to my departure I received first class service. Martin on front desk could not be more helpful. He made sure that my stay was trouble free! Thanks again Premier Inn Truro, another great stay that makes working just a little more pleasant.

A decent hotel overall. One notable blemish - while the standard WiFi "could not connect", the "ultimate" WiFi remained miraculously available at £5 per 24 hours. Highly dishonest and disrespectful towards the customers, if intentional.

This was the second time we have stayed at this particular Premier Inn and we shall stay again in the future. Excellent service, the areas of the hotel we used were spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Food is excellent and staff very attentive.
