Que dire, l’accueil du personnel est chaleureux, la piscine chauffée est là….ce sont à peu près les deux seuls éléments qui méritent le classement 4 étoiles. La première chambre qui nous a été allouée avait des remontées d’odeurs nauséabondes provenant de la tuyauterie. Nous avons donc changé et la seconde chambre était une triple. Il a fallu nous-mêmes fermer le canapé lit qui occupait une bonne partie de la chambre. Les peintures de la chambre montrent bien leur âge, toutes émaillées. La chasse d’eau est capricieuse, il faut bien l’activer trois à quatre fois pour retrouver la propreté. L’eau du bac de douche s’effectue avec lenteur. Il y a un mini-bar…..vide….sans fraîcheur et de toute façon il ne fonctionne qu’à la demande. La tringle à rideaux laisse à désirer quand on veut fermer les rideaux. Ce Novotel est un Novotel franchisé qui ne correspond pas au standard auquel on est en droit de s’attendre. Cet établissement a besoin d’une totale restauration mais c’est sûrement un investissement conséquent…bref un Novotel extrêmement décevant.
