Where to begin. We have had the very best time and we are gutted that it is all over. From the outset and our 1st visit to the Landmark Hotel, we were made to feel so welcome. Denice had set up the room for a dummy Wedding so that we could get the full view of how the room looked and what they had to offer. This straight away set us off on a good note. We fell in Love with the Hotel and with Denice. We knew we were in safe hands. We paid our deposit straight away, cancelled our other venue appointments as we knew that there was no where else we were even interested in viewing after we had been to the Landmark. Our Wedding was 18 months in the making, and having been based in England meant that we communicated with Denice mainly via email. To say that absolutely every email we sent, Denice would come back to us within 24 hours and nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble. Denice is hands down the Best out there. She is an absolute credit to the Landmark hotel. We travelled over for the food tasting. We added 2 extra people who were extremely important to us to be part of the food choices. This was absolutely no issue with Denice. We had our own private area within the main hotel restaurant, We had our own waiter who explained every wine option and every meal option in fine detail so that we had all information that would help us make a decision. We arrived to the Hotel 2 days before the wedding as we had to travel over from England, We were welcomed with open arms, Staff came to unload our car for us (Which was packed to the top) Things for the wedding day were stored in the hotel for us so that they didnt clog up our bedroom. The Day of the wedding. The room was set up perfectly and our own additional add ons were dealt with without even asking. Denice visited both of our rooms to make sure that we were all ok and that we were running on time and to see if we needed anything. She came and got both of us when it was time for us to leave our rooms. She made sure that we didnt see each other and had this perfectly planned with her staff. We did things a little differently and we both walked down the isle at the same time but from different ends of the room. This wasnt a problem for Denice and she co-ordinated this perfectly for us. The Day just went perfectly, there is absolutely nothing that we have said that we wished we had done differently and this down to Denice and her organising. She made sure we had some alone time with our bridal parties away from having photos etc, she always made sure we had a drink. She stay with us right up until the band started. We had Scruffy Duffy entertain the room during the meal. Im sure that this is an absolute nightmare for the kitchen to work with but it ran like clockwork. Our guests have also commented on how well the whole day ran and how amazing the hotel and all the staff were. We are extremely grateful to Denice and all the staff at the Landmark for their hard work in making our day just

We booked the Landmark Hotel for our anniversary, carefully selected for the position and restaurant reviews. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the stay. We were due to book in at 3pm as per the hotel policy but when we arrived we were told that the room was damaged and they could offer alternative accommodation in a hotel facing the hotel despite other people being able to check in beside us, I explained that this was an anniversary occasion but really there was no other option for us and after travelling 4 hours we had to agree. The Manger said he had rang to tell us the position at 2pm when I was driving! I am certain that they would have known this position before 2pm. We were offered 70 euro discount from the other hotel stay which I could see why. We were put up in a small room (nice view of he Lough) that was above a kitchen and stunk of curry. The hotel staff in this hotel were lovely but it wasn't what we had booked and on checking out we were asked for the full amount! (We mentioned the 70 euro discount and this was accommodated). I emailed the Landmark Hotel when we arrived home to express my disappointment in the handling of this situation and to enlighten them of our disappointment. That was 5 days ago and have yet to receive an acknowledgement or response! Very unprofessional. From the outside this looks like a fabulous hotel it is a pity I cant review inside. I work on the travel business and wont be recommending this hotel to my customers.

Beautiful hotel marvellous staff very friendly and helpful .The food was very good and good choices. I am fussy about my bed but the bed here was so comfortable I struggled to get up for breakfast but however breakfast could be had in bed for a small charge. We were booked in for 4 nights but had to leave a day early due to red weather warning,we were immediately offered a refund with kindness and courtesy. We will definitely return later in the year. My boyfriend and I made a last minute booking on Saturday 6/7/24 to stay that night. As we were traveling from the north it taken us some 4 hours to get there, to include stopping for food. My boyfriend received a call when we were 10mins again from it, to see if we were still coming ‍♀️. Check in was fast and efficient. First impressions the room was nice, dated but nice. I was really impressed by the field day soaps as I know this to be an expensive bring as I actually sell it in my shop. We went to turn on the tv just as background noise while we were unpacking and discovered the tv was actually smashed. Straight away we call reception as we did want blamed for this. Only to be responded with ‘it’s too late to move you room now’ ‍♀️ so we just said ok and got on with our night. Fast forward to breakfast (included in the price) I can honestly say it was the most pathetic breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. We both ordered fluffy pancakes. What arrived was just that! Approximately 3 pancakes slapped on a plate and ONE strawberry cut into segments in a tiny ramekin. Absolutely pathetic. The only decent thing about breakfast was the massive teapot of tea‍♀️ on check out I again mentioned the tv with a surprised first they’ed heard of it expression and no apology or offer of reduction. Plus points Clean rooms Good comfortable bed Quality soaps Brilliant location Bad points Broken tv Terrible breakfast Poor customer care Broken bin in bathroom Broken tap in bath Luke warm water

We enjoyed a lovely evening having Tapas at The Landmark Hotel over Christmas. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to share, and excellent value for money. The atmosphere and friendly service made it a perfect night out with friends. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a lower rating I would, mr.egg head kicked me and my friends out of the bar because we had no identification. We are just some poor kids who were staying at the hotel. Mr.ballsack started swearing at us as we were leaving cause he thought we sitting down again even though we were staying at the hotel. If he did it again I wud spit on his balled head.

Fabulous location and amazing staff. We just spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. It sounds like midweek is better if you want a calmer experience...weekends often mean lots of hen and stag parties. Lots to do in the area. Great local Farmer's Market close to the hotel on a Thursday morning.

I visited the Landmark Hotel yesterday Sunday 24/11/24 for an event.I saw the signs for parking charges but as I was having a meal there I checkedvwith the staff and was told YES there were parking charges and was directed to a ticket machine at the rear of the property. Disappointing to say the least, lovely Leitrim has joined the rest of rip off Ireland.
