The staff was welcome and available. However, breakfast was not varied and the room was a little small. The earrings were not very comfortable. I hope that these points will be taken into account in improving the experience of future customers.

Big computer problem in the hotel when I arrived. Impossible for the reception staff to check any reservation. So they asked all customers who had booked online on another platform to pay the price of the room, for the time being, as a deposit. Now the only concern that may arise since the computer problem is, a priori, not resolved, is to recover this deposit because in the end I paid once on your platform and once at the hotel, moreover, full price!!!!!!
The Accor group is a disgrace in terms of managing this problem and my heart goes out to the hotel staff who are totally abandoned by the Accor group. Shame on them !!!!!!
