O hotel é feio, mal cuidado, velho, sem manutenção. As toalhas estavam amarelas e cheias de mancha, o quarto fedendo a mofo e o banheiro estava um nojo. O ar condicionado estava quebrado e o quarto ventava e parecia um frigorífico. O atendimento é pessimo. Não ficamos nem uma hora. Arrumamos outra acomodação melhor localizada, mais cuidada e com atendimento excelente pelo mesmo preço. Ao cancelar a estadia, já tínhamos pagado os días que ficaríamos e a recepcionista se recusou a fazer o extorno do pagamento. Isso é, ficamos traumatizadas, fomos mal tratadas e estorquidas. Foi horrivel!
