Hotel relativamente bien ubicado. La habitación es muy pequeña y no posee todo lo descrito. Las instalaciones son algo deficientes y la atención del personal-excepto por el desayuno- podría ciertamente mejorar. El ascensor no funcionaba. Lejos de ofrecer una disculpa, en la recepción culpaban z otros pasajeros. El trato distó mucho de ser cordial, amable o siquiera profesional. Claramente el personal debería recibir una mejor capacitación en lo referente a atención al cliente. No recomiendable para parejas con o sin niños.

Our experience at Or Hotel was a nightmare, the room was smelling mold, uncomfortable bed and pillow and the worst part without sound insulation, impossible to sleep because the avenue where the hotel is located is crowded with bars and noisy. The furniture is old, the window in the bathroom was not closing, collaborating for the noise be in the bedroom. my advice: don’t book it!!!! The hotel is well located in boca grande, but with a similar price you can stay at Oz hotel, or the new hotels in boca grande.

This tour is what is called tourist trap. Cost:300k COP. We went in June 2022 to three different islands and the experience was as follows: Boat and time of departure 5/5 Isla tintipan 4/5 beautiful island but too little time to stay there and enjoy the island. Islote Santa Cruz: 0/5 the entrance fee is 10k COP and there’s a local who gives you a tour through streets where some people are drinking since 10 am. The last attraction was an improvised aquarium where there are 3-4 different species of fish for the tourist to take pics with. Poor life quality for those animals. Pretty sad experience. Isla Múcura: it’s a gorgeous over exploited island that cannnot hold all the people these tour agencies take there. The beach is gorgeous but the water at the shore has hard rocks and coral so water shoes are recommended. Vendors are pushy and tourists have to pay 15k COP for the right to sit down near the shore. There is no room for you to place a towel if you don’t want to pay for a space at the beach. Food:3/4 fish is good. Rice is meh. Plantain is great. Salad is very little. Soda was missing. Lastly, if you want to have a good time in any of these islands the best is to hire a boat early in the morning and come back before all the tours arrive to these islands.
