They don’t have hot water it’s fine because Cartagena is very hot. Shower in my bathroom very poor water no good for shower. I think every hotel should have a bottle of water don’t need to being big Is a sugestión they could charge

The hotel is very old, we stayed three hours with out light, two times. But is a good location if your are looking for a place to sleep and have a breakfast.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine, although not a buffet you can have as much as you want and drink coffee or tea
The location is central near the center and bus station.
The hotel itself is worn out and completely outdated.. needs to be completely *****ed and renovated on the inside. The elevator feels like an earthquake.
