We booked this place to bring some of our guests the day after our wedding, Even though we bought the day pass, the establishment tried charging our guests for some meals that were supposed to be included, such as the vegetarian options. Since some of our guests were foreigners, the establishment overcharged random amounts for drinks and didn't provide the menu with the proper prices on it. They were charging ppl different prices for the same kind of drinks! If they paid cash, their change was never seen, and when complaining about it, they will still ignore the request.
Some servers were rude, and when some Colombian guests tried helping the foreigners figure out what they were being charged for, some servers used responses in the line of "none of your bussiness”.
I suggest you avoid this place; it will save you a huge headache.

DO NOT go to this establishment, period. Even a random local hawker on Cartagena Hollywood Beach and our taxi driver warned us not only about the very dangerous and decrepit area but also about the so called “hotel” and food. What a waste of our valuable vacation time in beautiful Cartagena Colombia. Avoid this place at any cost.

Avoid this place at all costs. If you do go, be sure to check your receipts and bank account after each purchase because the staff did everything they could to rob our group. They double charged for drinks and flat out refused to give us change when we paid with cash. The staff were rude and the service was excruciatingly slow. Ubers refused to collect us from there, and when we got dropped off the taxi driver even advised us to go elsewhere. I strongly regret going there, and so will you.

Horrible experience for all our group. Firstly location is in a very unsafe area My Uber driver recommended us not going. We witnessed why. Getting picked up by Uber was another major issue. Uber drivers want to avoid. Most of us waited up to an hour for pick up. Staff was rude and obnoxious. Attempts were made to over charge our group. When buying drinks and paying in cash there was also a major problem getting the change back. My recommendation to anyone thinking of going to this place to to think again.

This so called hotel. Is a building site at best , don't be fooled by the glossy photo of the swimming pool, it is still under construction. Rooms very small, dust and dirt from ongoing building work everywhere. Dirt track leading to one entrance, if it rains beware. The other entrance is via the dirty beach. AVOID AT ALL COSTS The rooftop pool is no bigger than 2 bathtubs put together. All in all false advertising from them and bookings .com

Excelente lugar sin duda alguna muy recomendado estuvimos disfrutando de este hermoso lugar en las playas de la boquilla cartagena y con el tours volcán del Totumo disfrutarnos muchísimo la comida es espectacular y la Psicina muy rica la playa hermosa

Excelente gastronomía. Personal amable y calificado. Habitaciones limpias. Muy bonita la zona de bar y piscina panorámica. Excelentes cocteles. Hay acceso directo a la playa. Perfecto para descansar. Por mejorar: la entrada por el barrio es a través de una zona no pavimentada que se inunda con las lluvias. Recomiendo ingresar por la entrada de la playa.

La comida es buena, pedimos unos camarones al ajillo y unos chicken fingers y estaban excelentes. Por otra parte, en el desayuno hay muy pocas opciones(de proteína solo tenían huevos), adicional habían unas galletas vencidas las cuales sino es por mi pareja que se dió cuenta, nos las hubiéramos comido. El rooftop maneja un buen ambiente y la piscina con borde infinito si bien es pequeña no deja de ser bonita, sin embargo en el día no hay sombrillas lo que lo hace un lugar incómodo para estar debido al sol.
