Ballyhoo House is a waterfront house with exquisite views of the North River. It was rebuilt in 2022 to have a modern open floor layout. It has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The backyard patio is very private and has amenities for most outdoor activities(gas grill, gas fire pit, 4lounge chairs, outdoor lighting, outdoor dinner area). The house also has a gameroom with foosball and pool table as well as an additional sectional couch that can double as another bedroom if needed. The driveway is quite large, it is wide enough to fit three cars side by side or your boat. Harkers Island bridge boat ramp is 9 miles away, Lennoxville boat ramp is 6 miles, and Radio island boat ramp is 6 miles away.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).THERE IS A $125 PET FEE.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
