GGuest UserEvicted from the room due to a miscommunication about checkout dates. The point of contact at the hotel utilized a phone number not associated with the reservation (confirmed through booking) to make contact, then used the lack of contact as justification for packing our belongings and leaving them on the floor in the office. At a future date, when attempting to get an invoice for the stay, the respondent was argumentative and unsupportive. I was told to get my receipt through the website instead of the hotel WHO PROCESSED THE CHARGE. This has been the absolute worst customer service received from a hotel during business travel. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the any other hotels nearby. Nothing about this location justifies the attitude received from the front desk attendant.

Very friendly, accommodating and we will definitely be returning for future stays ..they are working on the pool ,painting and resurfacing it and making it indoor ..will be amazing when finished .The restaurant down stairs was amazing!

GGuest UserService is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as always! Without question I will be going back for a 4th time if not more! Location is excellent and everyone makes you feel like family. Also it’s great for solo travel, families and couples. I won’t go anywhere else for sure

GGuest UserThe hotel staff is polite. It's easy to go anywhere for sightseeing and you can play late at night. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay and our room! They left our room keys in the front entrance and the lobby was locked. There were two other guests room keys there as well. Someone could’ve taken them and gotten into our room and then put them back before we arrived so that was highly unsafe. Besides that, we really had a good night sleep! Trip.com app saved us over $50! Booking through the hotel website was going to be 134.00
