I bought the room with a couple bed, Trip sent the voucher to the hotel, informed that the bed was twin, my voucher was in a couple bed, and after a lot of complaints and showing my voucher, the hotel decided to give me a couple bed. The great Trip failure. I asked the hotel, another trawler, they reported that they had no available, that the laundry did not deliver extra trawlers at the reception.

I enjoyed very little pq I arrived at the hotel after midnight and leaves at 7:00, but the bathroom, bed and breakfast coffee were very good.

I regret to consult the reservation for my wife and me. When I confirmed that I did not check the conclusion, when I arrived at the hotel, I got a good news that my reservation will be personal. Then I tried to contact the operator, but did not get a response and had to pay the hotel a surcharge. How would you book a single room in a double room. Here is a hint, pay attention.
