Great place with a private parking space in beautiful area close to the beach.

The address is a bit remote, very quiet, there is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy groceries and cook. It takes about 20dh to take a taxi to the train station. It feels like the surrounding area should be a wealthy area and very quiet.

In my opinion, the best apartment I have rented in Morocco. New building, 24-hour security, clean apartment, everything you need for living, comfortable bed, quiet and high-quality central air conditioning. The beach is 30 minutes walk away, there is a small Carrefour on the next street. There were not enough spoons in the dishes. Otherwise - great!
