Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from this hotel. After having a cancelled flight that the airline could only reschedule 2 days later the hotel would not issue a refund or allow me to change my date of stay for my 24 hour layover in Casablanca despite their policy stating refunds could be issued in “special circumstances” which in my opinion this was as I had absolutely no way of getting into the country. When I got my new flight scheduled I made sure to give my business to another hotel close by. The photos look beautiful but the customer service is really awful which is important in hospitality.

The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure.

Modern hotel convenient situated in a more modern part of the city surrounded by various restaurants , cafes , bars and shops.
There is music coming from the inside patio bar. If you need to work or some silence ask for a room on the street side.

Do not stay here unless you love listening to music being blasted from the hotel restaurant. The music is extremely loud and you cannot do anything. When I phoned reception i was told it would end in 1hr (10pm). 10pm came and went and the music was still going on. I phoned again and was told the music would stop in 1hr (11pm). I asked why they told me the wrong time previously and they told me to "just wait for the music to end at 11pm". Terrible service, miserable breakfast. The staff at breakfast dont even attempt to restock glasses or cutlery so finding a spoon is near impossible.

The location is great. No noise coming from other rooms. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Hotel had great places to relax and an excellent outside terrace restaurant. The occupancy rate was high. Would recommend this hotel others.
