From the very first second, I loved the energy here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and sweet, always going above and beyond to help with anything you need—whether it’s calling a taxi, arranging a hairdresser, or providing laundry service that makes your clothes look brand new! Every day, the deep cleaning service leaves everything spotless. The gym may be small, but it’s perfect for a daily workout. And the spa? Absolutely amazing—you’ll leave feeling like a brand-new person. The food is fantastic, with the added bonus of being able to order from James’ rooftop bar for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended! This place truly knows how to make your stay special.

We chose this hotel before our flight from Casablanca back home and we didn't regret it. This place is modern, clean and well situated if you plan to visit Casablanca (even for a longer stay). It has a decent rooftop bar and a Portuguese restaurant (didn't try that one). Our room was spacious, with a very comfy bed. The windows were tight, so only minimal sound pollution from the street. The staff were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I was going to my room with a guest that i met there but they told me that i can`t invite someone to my room. Don`t know why is that since i`m guest in the hotel and i should have the right to do so.Maybe the security guy/concierge who approached me wanted something. Bad experience

Having arrived at the airport (half an hour drive away) in the early hours of the morning, and then having a taxi driver who would be rated as one of the two worst taxi drivers ever encountered over many years of travel which left us arriving at the hotel an hour and a half later, the staff were, very refreshingly, very welcoming. Check-in was processed very quickly and efficiently to allow us to at least have a little sleep before embarking out later that day. Having as tour arranged for the next two days, the receptionist was exceptional in ensuring that the tour operators were advised of our arrival and confirming of pick-up details. Absolutely wonderful assistance. The room provided was very large and contained a large comfortable bed as well as an additional single one. The room also had a wonderful work bench to work from while sitting in front of a large window overlooking the neighborhood. Also contained comfortable chairs, a small bedside table and a large wardrobe to ensure there were no issues with storage. En-suite bathroom was large and contained an exceptional high water pressure shower. Both handheld and overhead. Excellent free Wi-fi, although this is not secured so, care needs to be taken with any personal information provided over the internet. English is not a common language in Morocco, but the staff here were very good (most of the time) understanding our requirements and meeting our needs. It also provides a wonderful breakfast (at additional cost) and has two on-site restaurants, both of which appear to be very popular, so reservations are recommended.

We flew into Casablanca because of the direct flight from JFK, but quickly moved to Fes. This was nothing fancy but it was great for the one night we were in Casablanca. The hotel staff gave us two great restaurant recommendations and the location was easy to get to/from.

I wanted to write a review because I had gone back & forth many times on which hotel to select in Casablanca because reviews were rough across the board. We arrived late in Saturday evening, so the club on the rooftop was in full swing. We were in room 409, so directly below. The room is huge, the bed was stiff but decent pillows. We ordered late room service, the food was good. Music from the club stopped at midnight, so we didnt experience the same issues as other reviewers. I would reflect what other reviewers mentioned about the bathroom, it not entirely private, so going by the 'would I want to share the room with a friend', the answer would be no. To be specific, there are three screens that can be moved from the outside of the bathroom (sink & shower - toilet is private), the screens have cut outs, not large but enough for some exposure. The location is fine, near most attractions. Staff was good, quick check in & check out.
