Hotel location was great very close to city center. Right outside is the tramway, so easy and efficient access for public transport. Front desk and security were excellent and good service. Rooms a little old, needs slightly maintenance. Breakfast was good, simple type. But enough to start the day. But on the whole a good hotel and good location.

Best welcome in Morocco, coming from this aparthotel, special mention to all the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies and finally the valets. Everything is done to make you feel at home. What followed was just exceptional. Thanks again to Rachid, we were really treated like a 5-star hotel. We will come back for sure 👍🏽👌🏽👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽

The staff is very friendly and the location can't be better. Right in the city. Unfortunately, there is probably a lack of towels, as there is only one per room. The breakfast is very good. You can get parking spaces in front of the hotel without any problems. The currency exchange in the hotel is almost identical to that at the banks or change office. The rooms are very large and well equipped.

The hotel room is large and the price is not high. The location of the hotel is inconvenient from the station and attractions, so we can only take a taxi. There are 2 male waiters in the hotel, and the older one is very good in service, enthusiastic and proactive in helping. My sister, daughter & I reviewed the hotel @ 29 Rue de Terves online and booked it mainly because of 2022 hotels review. It has nice dining area & common areas. However, our assigned room was not as expected. High touch areas were dirty, floors in kitchenette & bthrm were not swept/mopped. Carpet not vacuumed. Refrigerator was unclean as was the shower (filthy) which had bugs in it. Bathroom sink and shower did not drain. No toiletries. Not much good to say about our stay except the reception clerk during the day exhibited good customer service. We have our thoughts on why we were assigned such a room but here is not the place for that discussion. I hope this review will help others have a better experience.

All l can say is, their welcomed me so nice and friendly. I mentioned them that this trip was because of my birthday and they had an amazing surprise for me!! All the stuff from the hotel are amazing very professional and kind!! I would like to thank to Mohammed, Ilham, Heba and the housekeeper Zined for all the amazing work! Thank you so much guys! I totally recommend this hotel ! Is super clean, good breakfast and they assisted you in anything that you need!! I travel a lot around the world and this is the first time that l had such amazing welcome celebrating my birthday!!! All l can say is thank you guys! To make this trip Morocco unforgettable!!!

Very friendly staff helped with our bags as soon as we arrived. We booked a senior suite and were amazed at the size of the room and bed. Very comfortable bed and had most of the amenities we were looking for. The kitchen was lightly stocked with utensils and the likes. Large refrigerator was a plus. There was a coffee maker but no pods to use in the machine ( I never asked the hotel for assistance but maybe they would have accommodated). My wife and I were only here for a short layover so I didn't ask for much but it met our needs. I would stay here again.

Very filthy with no services of even one star hotel. The car park is street parking, noisy due to nearby bar with very loud music at the middle of night. Room was so dirty and smelly my wife was sick and vomiting, the only towel in bathrooms was blood stained, the receptionist did changed when he new we took photos. The assumed 4* hotel should provide tea, coffee and water, however non was there. Corridor to the room was so filthy give smells of dead rat. Never had such a bad experience with a hotel
