I cannot say enough good things about Roberto and his staff. As a solo female traveler new to the area, he helped me so much. I left my Airbnb early because it just wasn’t working out and Villa Sirena was the answer to my prayers. I was given an upgraded room and had customer service like I’ve never experienced before from the entire staff. It’s in a great location and the room was beautiful! The spa was amazing as well. Breakfast was amazing and as an American, I really appreciated the scrambled eggs they made for me! Do t hesitate to book this jewel!

I went on a yoga trip in Alberto's Hotel. The view from the rooftop is incredible. The spa is awesome, open 24/7. Rooms are comfortable. The food is great, the staff is really kind. Alberto is a great host, he will help you for everything. Grazie mille per tutto! Arrivederci

Alberto, Arlando, Antonio, Mario, and the entire staff gave us the experience of a lifetime. The hospitality was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They take great care and pride in everything they do. From the way they welcome you, to the food the prepare and serve you, to the way they care for their villa you feel like a true guest. The food was like none other, no need to dine anywhere else. Meals were amazing. Thermal spa was incredible and so relaxing. The views were unreal. Entire place was impeccably clean and well cared for and loved. I can’t wait to come back.

The staff is so friendly and attentive to detail. You can feel the care that goes into this place. I had the most beautiful balcony view of Monte Epomeo from my room. The villa is 3rd generation in the family which added to the unique & comforting feel of our experience. The food was amazing and the fresh mozzarella was incredible. Alberto is an amazing host. I can’t wait to return!

The service, the food, the hospitality of the staff is excellent. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ischia looking for an authentic Italian experience. Truly a gem in Ischia and the view from the rooftop is to die for! Book early to get the best deal.

Alberto and his family have mastered the art of hospitality. They go above and beyond your expectations of a hotel, we found them very aware and attuned to our needs, with drinks upon arrival, recommendations of outings accordingly with weather, and offers to drive us to and from our destinations without hesitation. The hotel was spotless and the spa and roof top patio were highlights of our time there. We highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ischia!

We had a lovely 4 day stay at Villa Sirena. Initially we planned a shorter stay but we extended our time because we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Alberto and Arnaldo. From perfectly timed spritzes, to the very help shuttle, the wonderful spa and the gorgeous roof top view- this might have been one of the best vacation stays we’ve had on our extensive travels. We will miss you Villa Sirena!
