Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. My trip at L'Escale Hotels was very nice, very amazing, and truly unforgettable. I really had a nice time, even though it was only for two days. The staff was very nice,the welcome was perfect with Harif,the room was on time, big thanks goes to Melissa she take good care with us during our stay our best roommate,and I really enjoyed the restaurant staff was verry nice specially Lisa and angelique she takes extreme care with us,special thanks goes to vicky so grateful for you,the person I can count on,i will recommend every staff was verry nice specially shana and kristine ,we'll truly come back again best vacation ever you're simply the best

Lovely boutique hotel overlooking the water with an infinity pool. Rooms clean and well equipped. Breakfast included in our stay and was delicious. A bit pricey but everything in Seychelles is. Recommend this hotel.

I went here with my sister and apart from the beauty of the spa itself I also wanted to mention that Kristine was SO sweet. I asked for her name because she truly made our experience so nice and made us feel extremely welcome. She gave us all the information about the spa without us even having to ask.

Treated me like family. I ended up having my luggage displaced and needed clothing. They opened up the boutique on a day that it was closed just so I can buy some things. The food was amazing, the service and staff was incredible! I will definitely be coming back.
