There is no refrigerator in this hotel, the air conditioners do not cool well, I was stuck in the elevator, panicking, while trying to open the door, I dropped my phone in the elevator shaft. I had to pay the service fee of 100 euros to get my phone. management sucks. Our airline brought us here after canceling our flight out of Pisa. It was somewhat more comfortable than spending the night in the airport, but not somewhere we would have chosen. The biggest issue is that the rooms (or at least the one we had) are dated. The bedspreads seem old (and who wants a bedspread in the time of COVID?) the mattresses are hard, and the shower stall is tiny. I will say that the free breakfast the next morning was great and the staff couldn't have been more kind or efficient. It's just not what I would call a modern four-star hotel, but it served the purpose.

After a few years the stars need to be updated I think… it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel… very dated structure and interiors… room without mini bar I repeat it is a 4 star… very poor breakfast… coffee only from the machine… in a 4 star it is absurd… unfortunately never again.

100 euros for a room for a “4 star” that has nothing of four stars, rude staff, 1 small bottle of water available in the room, no type of bar service not even to have a bottle of something. Horrible bed that creaks and does not let you sleep. We spoke in a normal tone of voice even though it was late at night and we had the music on the phone at low volume and we were called back. I will never go back there again

We stayed one night to visit friends. Quadruple room on the ground floor..large and spacious. As soon as we opened the windows we discovered glass with 1 FINGER. of dirt.. Very large bathroom without shower tray and with plastic box that flooded everything. Taps, sanitary ware and tiles ruined and in really bad condition. No mini bar. Good breakfast, sweet products very welcome. Hotel stuck in the 80s, in extreme need of renovation, even external. For a 4 star not acceptable.

La camera era pulita, ma per accedere alla doccia devi salire un gradino abbastanza alto e per uscirne devi tenerti a una maniglia fissata al muro per non scivolare. La colazione è stata varia ma ogni giorno c’erano sempre le stesse cose, tutti prodotti di qualità. La cucina era chiusa , quindi non ho potuto usufruirne. Ogni giorno una bottiglietta d’acqua ciascuno ci veniva lasciata in camera, cosa molto apprezzata. Posso dire anche che tra i prodotti per l’igiene c’era una lozione per il corpo oltre allo shampoo e al bagnoschiuma e una spugnetta per la pulizia delle scarpe . La posizione dell’hotel ci ha permesso di visitare molte località della Toscana con la nostra auto.
