I owe a HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF in Fargos Comfort Suites!!! I seriously couldn't have asked for better hotel than this one. They have been SUPER SUPER HELPFUL and so amazing to myself and my toddler! They've gone above and beyond helping us and working with us on a day to day basis. Total Patience and hands down to this place! AMY the gm has been nothing but fabulous and caring. Thank you Amy and front desk staff housekeeping and everyone of the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome and very safe comfortable and your patience and understanding. Stayed over the weekend when visiting Fargo for a wedding. We have silver medallion status and when we checked in, we were greeted with a keycard thanking us for our loyalty to IHG and mention of free internet. The room had a king bed and was on the first floor. It was a typical hotel room and was very clean and had done newer updates. When meeting with other family there for the wedding, we realized we had not received the pool wrist bands but we were not planning on using the area so it was not a concern. We did call in the morning and ask for a later checkout as our flight wasn’t until late afternoon (5pm), and with silver status we know that up to 2pm checkout is an option (when available). They hesitated at delaying our check out but then agreed to 12:30PM. The stay was comfortable and the hotel was clean. There are plenty of amenities available - gift shop, nice pool area, coffee shop, restaurant. And the hotel is very conveniently located to the mall and other shopping and restaurants. Cost was very reasonable but we also got a discount as part of the wedding block. Nice stay.

I really liked this Residence Inn. It is a newer property and is in great shape. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The room was spacious with nice decor. The location was ideal as it was spitting distance from restaurants as well as the local mall. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was what you'll find at any other hotel that offers complimentary breakfast

I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, but will have to say I was disappointed in my stay this time. The positives: the location was great for the agenda we had in town, the young lady at check in was friendly and efficient, bed was very comfortable, very quiet even though hotel was pretty full, we could have our dog with us. The negatives: our room had a weird smell that was very strong when entering our room, we opened our window to try to get fresher air, the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed well as I kept stepping on little pieces of gravel, no luggage rack, there are no towel racks in bathroom even for the handtowels, utensil drawer was missing a fork. Overall, just did not seem to be kept up to the level that I had expected.

My partner and I stayed at the Homewood Suites for a week when they started their new job in Fargo. I worked remotely from the room. We had a great experience! The room was clean and it was awesome to have a kitchen in the room. I had meal prepped my lunches before I came, so it was great to save some money with the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool facility and hot tub. While we never did make it down to the gym, it had pretty decent equipment. The breakfast was pretty good as well! Always hot options like eggs, some form of breakfast potatoes and meats, oatmeal, waffle maker, etc. I appreciated the house keeping staff. They were always friendly and helpful! Actually, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Working remote was comfortable as well! I had a desk and reliable internet connection. While the desk chair wasn’t the most comfortable, it was still nice to be able to have a designated work station for the week. We definitely plan to stay there again! I would also suggest it to family and friends. Good value, clean and what I expect when I stay at a hotel. I wanted to leave a positive review because the last few hotels we have stayed at didn’t meet our expectations. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and Homewood Suites is doing it right! Keep up the good work!

I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for a long time and I cannot remember being treated this well in recent memory. When I arrived at 12am due to a bad delay in my flight, the night auditor greeted me, gave me my room keys and offered me a couple drinks to take up to the room. He even identified an issue with my reservation where my account didn’t get linked to it. It was corrected, however, I had a room where they had snacks in room. It was replenished regularly and I was very appreciative. They did do housekeeping one night - I did not ask them to (in COVID times that may be a negative to some) but it was a nice touch on an already wonderful stay. Believe me when I say don’t go anywhere else - these people take care of you.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few years back and really enjoyed our stay. So we tried it again. This time was a disappointment. The hallways (at least on our floor) are in desperate need of some love. I am not sure how walls can get so marked up like that. The TV channels were absolutely horrible. I am not sure if there was an issue but we sure were limited. We got a good rate at this hotel this trip, normally we stay at another. The bed was comfortable. Had a bit of an issue getting the temp right in room. There was a small dog down the hall who was barking at night so I had to turn the fan on all night so I didn't have to listen to the noise. Breakfast was nothing special.
