Castello di Sangro is a lovely town, well worth the visit. This hotel seems to be well maintained and centrally located, however it is situated on a busy street and a reasonably long walk from the proper downtown. Hotel Il Tiglio took my money (via *******) for a room, but did not provide me a room to sleep in. Strangely and unusual: this hotel has a very narrow window for check in: 1500 to 2000. I was delayed on the highway and was unable to arrive before 8pm. The hotel refused to make any alternate arrangements for my check in. I finally arrived just under an hour after the 8 pm deadline and found the doors locked. I was able to find a room at another very nice hotel, which I highly recommend: Ristorante Bar Albergo Corradetti; Via Riviera, 1, 67031 Castel di Sangro AQ

Had a wonderful stay at Il Tiglio. We traveled to Castel di Sangro to see the place where my Grandmother was from. Mario was so helpful in helping us find her street in the old part of town. He also made excellent recommendations to restaurants in the area. The breakfast was delicious with everything homemade. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Castel di Sangro in the future.

We stay at Il Tiglio for just a couple of nights, and we felt immediately at home but with a level of comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail that it's very difficult to find nowadays. The owner Mario is a fantastic host, willing to go the extra mile to help, give recommendations, and make you feel taken care of. A special mention goes to the breakfast: everything homemade, from the pastries to juices to the awesome jams,! This was a treat that we will never forget!

Ottima accoglienza, il signor Mario molto cordiale e disponibile, camere attrezzate e pulite, pace e tranquillità, colazione con prodotti artigianali davvero squisiti. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, albergo molto centrale e accessibile a tutti i luoghi circostanti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consiglio a tutti!

Ottima esperienza. Hotel curato in tutti i particolari, pulizia impeccabile e staff che dal momento del check-in ti fa sentire a casa. Perfetta anche la posizione tranquilla e comunque a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro della cittadina. Ottima la colazione con torte fatte in casa e prodotti locali di altissima qualità. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura eccellente. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime. Colazione top con prodotti preparati artigianalmente dal titolare ( croissant, ciambellone, marmellate). Il proprietario, Sig. Mario, una persona squisita e disponibile pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Impeccabile anche nel consigliare gli ospiti per escurisioni o per locali dove poter mangiare. Prezzo sicuramente inferiore a quanto offre. Che dire: top, top, top Super consigliato

Albergo situato in pieno centro di Castel di Sangro ...siamo stati per la seconda volta ospiti della vostra struttura e lo consiglio .. Ringrazio il Signor Mario per la sua gentilezza e signorilità .
