Soggiornato per due notti e devo dire che sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa dalla location! Ambiente accogliente e familiare, personale cortese e disponibile. La camera era confortevole e pulita. Abbiamo provato anche la Spa per un'esperienza da relax. Davvero una sorpresa, lo consiglio!

Personale maleducatissimo e scortese pernottamento negativissimo , sconsigliamo totalmente .ci siamo trovati molto male per il comportamento molto maleducato della persona alla reception ,siamo stati trattati senza il minimo rispetto e con modi sgradevoli e maleducati una situazione surreale menomale che è stato soltanto per una notte e siamo andati via .

Hotel non molto grande (appena 17 camere) ma delizioso sia esternamente che internamente. Camere pulitissime e molto accoglienti, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile con il sorriso sulle labbra. Ottima qualità/prezzo e ad un passo dal centro cittadino.

Con la famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in tre camere (due doppie ed una tripla) x due notti. Buona la pulizia, buona la colazione (ottime le torte , il salato invece è limitato) ed anche la piccola spa. Considerato il prezzo medio alto pagato al giorno di € 200 x la doppia , € 250 x la tripla, oltre la spa a pagamento (€38,00 a persona) magari un po’ più di attenzione al cliente non guasterebbe. Far pagare l’extra per un caffè l’ho trovato un po’ “grezzo”! Come si dice: Per un acino di sale non bisogna perdere la minestra

È il secondo anno che veniamo e ormai ci sentiamo a casa grazie alle persone che gestiscono questo hotel. Qui la pulizia è indiscutibile le camere sono belle curate balconate tutte rifinite in legno la colazione è spaziale con dolci tutti preparati in casa dal Sig. Francesco (il proprietario appassionato di pasticceria).Tutto perfetto insomma ma la cosa più bella, il valore aggiunto sono le persone che lo gestiscono, i proprietari con Mary, Annalisa e Lucky impeccabili, professionali e super affettuosi. Torneremo presto.

Ho prenotato un fine settimana con la mia famiglia per stare un po’ al fresco . L’hotel dotato di una bella piscina è un bel diversivo in questi periodi di caldo intenso. La stanza è bella ed accogliente con un bagno nuovo ed una bella doccia. La colazione abbondante e variegata. La spa aperta su richiesta forse per il periodo. Tutto sommato lo consiglierei e ci ritornerò.

Abbiamo passato cinque picevoli giornate in questa struttura, pur se piena non c'era confusione l'hotel è piccolo e accogliente con un bel camino nel bar dove poter degustare delle ottime cioccolate calde in famiglia. le camere arredate con gusto e molto pulite, ottima colazione con assortimento di vari dolci che presumo tutti fatti in casa per la loro bontà. La SPA bene organizzata e piacevole, fanno entrare poche persone alla volta per evitare affollamento. Ritorneremo il prossimo inverno

La Struttura ci è sta consigliata dai dei nostri amici, dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto belle le camere sono tipiche di hotel di montagna con bagni grandi e comodi, personale cortese e disponibile ottima colazione. Piacevole la SPA dopo una giornate sulle piste di Roccaraso. Struttura Pulitissima Da consigliare
