When we were walking at night without making noise to respect the residents, a man from the campsite came to tell us not to make noise, but in a bad way. He told us that we did not have the right to walk around a campsite that we had paid for. He also told us that he was going to check the cameras to see if we had done something. I am outraged by the service.

I'm putting this review up again because they like to delete things they don't like to hear. To start with, NEVER GO TO THE RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE POOL, they don't even come close to following the hygiene regulations. There were 6 of us and 3 of us got food poisoning at that place, leaving us in absolute **** for 2 days. The campsite in general is very cool, especially the Maya Lounge. It has basketball, football and volleyball courts and pools with slides so that even the littlest ones can have fun. In short, I would recommend it, but what they have to do to that restaurant is close it down with a good complaint because it is outrageous that they serve that kind of food to people.

This campsite has now become Delfin Verde. We had never been there before and booked a Funtent. The tents are really dated and have many defects. We complained for 4 days that the windows of the tent could not be rolled up! There are too few and much too small parking spaces at the tents. Staff is very unfriendly. When you check in after a very long car journey you do not get a warm welcome but a grumpy person who says that you have to wait another 2 hours before your tent is ready. The water is a problem, the showers are either freezing cold or too hot, that also applies to the sinks and washing up area. Catering staff is also unfriendly, do not feel like it and you have to wait a very long time for food and drinks. The swimming pool was okay, towels are laid out by several people who do not come swimming. Very strict lifeguards, you are hardly allowed to play or they whistle. Camping is a 25 minute walk from Platja Daro, a very nice town with lots of restaurants and bars and the beach. Had a nice holiday, a bit of a shame about the bad service and mediocre condition of the tent.

Since Valldaro no longer exists and has become El Delfin Verde, you can tell that it is about mass production. Upon arrival, the service is nowhere to be found. During registration, the employee started chatting with all the colleagues while she was helping us. We could not get a 2nd car on the spot, which was the case in previous years. Not very convenient if you have to unload everything and have a young child with you. During our stay, however, we saw that several people had 2 cars on 1 spot. Very unfair. Very few rules are enforced, such as smoking and drinking at the pool, etc. During our stay, the temperature of the sinks and showers was a problem the entire time. Either freezing cold or boiling hot. Reported several times, but nothing was ever done about it. At one point, they didn't even respond to e-mails anymore. My 1-year-old daughter had to have several cold showers, until she cried. Then we bought a bath ourselves so she could be showered properly. El Delfin Verde? Not for us anymore. If you want a service-oriented and friendly campsite, you should definitely not go here.

I'll tell you what our experience has been at the Valldaro campsite during the 5-week stay between mid-July and mid-August that we did this summer 2023 on a plot. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers in the module that corresponded to us by area has been very poor from the beginning of the stay, in which the occupancy of the area in which we were was very low, getting worse at the beginning and mid August when the area became more crowded and at no time did it reach 100% occupancy. Apart from the cleaning problem, every day there were problems with the water, many days in half of the bathrooms the chain did not work and in other bathrooms the mechanism would get stuck and water would not stop coming out, so hopefully there was a couple of bathrooms that were operational but the hygienic conditions were not adequate. In the shower area, in addition to dirt, you found showers in which there was no way to stop the water and some that could not be used due to the pressure with which the water came out since it hurt. This meant that that part was always flooded, so it was not comfortable to shower, change, or walk, since you had a good chance of slipping. In the end, we found a module that was further away and that was not renovated but was in better condition and we no longer used the one we had closest to our plot. The state of the water in the pools from the first day to the last has been neither what was expected nor adequate. The water was cloudy and dirty and many times the purifiers were not in operation. Another problem we encountered was that the capacity of the pools was not controlled and, especially during the first half of August, it was impossible to find a place to leave the towel. The number of lifeguards was insufficient even if the capacity had been respected, so there was no type of control: there was dirt in the premises since people could eat and drink without problem (even using glass glasses and jugs), there were children who passed by on bicycles and skateboards and in the area of ​​the slides there was no type of control so there were several accidents. Something that caught our attention is that, during all this time, the entry of users who came only to spend the day was allowed when, according to the regulations of the campsite itself, its website states that this access is restricted depending on its occupancy. …The restaurant service has also left much to be desired. There were two restaurants and one of them closed at 8pm. The gastronomic offer was very. Also, the service was very poor as they were overwhelmed. As for the entertainment, despite valuing very positively the involvement of the team that organized it, the activities aimed at adults and teenagers were very mediocre and the night shows of a very low level, it was noticeable that (at least this year)

Great campsite! Very welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness, superb swimming pools. What I could criticize would be the proximity of the tents, terrace very close to the neighbors, but above all I do not understand the principle of leaving the lights on in the rooms until the arrival of new guests, which can take several days , this is very pretty, but the campsite itself is enough to make this place very pleasant. The staff is very responsive and friendly.
