Decided to pay a little more for a hotel since my wife was coming as well. Requestes a bedroom with double bed. I needed to work late nights.
We got a room with two single beds. Short.. 1.90 my. My head touches the head board and feet pass the foot end.
Curtains that are too short and let the light in. Tiny TV in a far corner. Toilet under a sink so you can't sit on it straight. I requested another room immediately, but it was not possible. They were fully booked. The bed was made up as a double bed. It was a solution, not perfect, but acceptable. The bed was still short.
Not what I was expecting. I stayed there before, and it was much better.

The room was upgraded to a suite. The hotel is in a great location not far from the sea, with a large orchard surrounded by orange trees. I went there in February, and it felt like spring, about 15 degrees. There was a small fishing village nearby, so you can take a break during your road trip. The hotel itself was in good condition, and they also provided free bicycles.

It was already late when we arrived, but the lobby service was very good and the room was nice, though the decoration was a bit old. It was not far from the beach and was very comfortable and suitable for vacation.

My friend and I booked a room each. We checked in around 5pm. The hotel has many floors and not many people. It didn't seem like they were short of rooms, so they gave us a room at the end of the corridor. When we entered the room, we found a big mirror facing the bed. Maybe every room is designed like this, but it doesn't seem to be a good Feng Shui. We had a very poor sleep quality that night and will not consider booking again in the future.
