Motel style hotel with large rooms, quite clean. “Buffet” breakfast with very limited choice of sweets and slightly less limited choice of savoury. For sweets they had grandma’s cake, small low-quality industrial croissants and yoghurt with cereals (only one type of cereals not at all crunchy and only one type of plain yoghurt). Then there was bread to fill with butter and jam, fruit (2 bananas, 2 kiwis and mandarins). For savoury food slightly more choice with eggs and bacon, hard boiled eggs, cooked ham and cheese. For drinks instead you could order whatever you wanted. Overall quality of the food, poor!

Practical for a step. Next to a large commercial area, modeled on motels in the USA, you can park in front of the room. The price of 70€ is competitive but our room was rather gloomy and dated even though everything was in good condition.

Excellent for couples but more than a hotel it is a typical motel to spend a few pleasant hours with your partner in complete privacy. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Located near the motorway exit but far from the lake.

Very pleasant hotel, spacious room with jacuzzi... we really enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The car is parked in front of the room which is very practical. Well located for visiting Lake Maggiore.

... but it has nothing in common with the motels we know from the motorway. So it's more of a hotel with a parking lot right in front of the hotel room. The facilities are top-notch - better than the 4-star hotel we had previously visited. Everything you need for a stopover (even 2-3 days to explore the lake). The parking space in front of the door, partially covered, is great, so you can load the car without any problems even when it's raining. The bathroom facilities are even better than expected. Everything is clean, small TV (but who needs that), fast internet - fine. The breakfast is good, but there is an indefinable smell in the breakfast room that doesn't exactly invite you to linger. But the rest is really good. There are a few restaurants in the area. Absolutely reasonable prices. Everything is fine! Absolutely recommended for a stopover.
