Grand Budapest hotel experience in Tuscany. Palazzo near Castellina in Chianti, with a huge park and well kept grounds. Nice rooms. We stayed for 5 nights and were the only ones there,a bit surreal. Well located but quiet, good breakfast and friendly but discrete service. Amazing experience.

The villa is eternally very beautiful and immersed in Tuscan nature. Unfortunately, inside it is quite old and dirty, too many insects and especially mosquitoes. The bathrooms have several flaws, in some the drain is refilled every half hour in others the showers leak water, the air conditioning is not the best. The modest breakfast but you always have to ask the lady for the drinks and the sugar she adds. The owners are very helpful and kind. The entire villa would need a refresh but above all a good disinfestation.

After an intense period of work in Rome, we decided to go to the Chianti countryside to recharge our batteries. We discovered this fantastic estate in the total silence of a forest through friends. The hotel is located on a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Swimming pool with a breathtaking view, rooms that open onto a garden of extraordinary beauty. We didn't leave the estate except to go to the restaurant in Castellina a stone's throw away. We swam and slept under the umbrella. Total quiet. The ideal place for sleep care! We will be back.

Questa bellissima villa d'epoca è entrata nel mio cuore,con la sua pace,il verde in cui è immersa,il fascino di alcuni dei suoi angoli,curati ma non eccessivi,la sua raffinatezza, la bellezza della piscina e dell'area circostante, i fiori,il patio davanti alle camere,le aree relax in cui è possibile godere di un cielo di stelle di ritorno dalla cena...io e mio marito ne faremo un punto fermo dei nostri soggiorni nel Chianti!Complimenti per la gestione!Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per una fuga romantica dalla città!
