Hotel Campanello treats you like family and this is extremely rare for properties anywhere in the world. The team are so unbelievably organised, caring, knowledgeable, hardworking, kind and focused on maximising the best experience for their guests. This extends from their lovely housekeeping staff through to their truly amazing reception team (multi-lingual and excellent communication at all times). We were blown away by the ways they showed they cared - from finding the best theme parks deal and booking the tickets (you only needed to mention this once), to helping you with any taxi bookings (it was so accurate and on-time thanks to them), random requests (a phone charging cable for an old phone was made available to me after I asked before I arrived - it was ready for me!) and just dedicated, friendly customer service. Plus, the included breakfast was very very good and has excellent variety - even fussy eaters like me were very pleased with the selection. It's a real treat to eat breakfast overlooking the lake. The location is great - walking distance to the very big Famila supermarket, Gardaland (easy 15min walk), 15min taxi to Movieland, and of course, the lake is right outside. Plenty of free parking and bikes/scooters can also be hired on site. Everything you need is here at the property. Rooms are spotless, decent sized and have a fridge, safe, good storage. Small touches like water and snacks were provided - such a nice touch and greatly appreciated. We were truly sad to check out - it felt like leaving home. We don't know how this hardworking team does it, but everyone knows the guests and their needs and communicate with each other - it is something very unique and businesses all over the world should learn from their ways. This is truly the best place to stay for this area and there's no need to think twice if you're doing your research as I have done it for you already. Grazie Mille, Hotel Campanello!

We found this a very pleasant hotel, located right on the lake, just a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Breakfasts were very good, with excellent choise and option to get cappucinos from the abr. We were in the rear annex but this was no probllem, room was compact but quite adequate for a short stay and had view of lake from balcony.

a small structure but with all the comforts of a large hotel well designed rooms with a direct view of the breathtaking lake garda. excellent reception staff excellent housekeeping service. excellent customer support. fast and immediate response times to requests. many related services. excellent breakfast for high-level hotel customers for variety and quality. this review does not include the restaurant because the management is different but the area offers many possibilities to eat very well. hotel doorbell very good.

Hotel Campanello is located in a strategic position to reach the parks and areas of interest, as well as in an absolutely enchanting area. La famille Pasini tient excellemment bien l'hôtel : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tant le service, l'accueil et l'hôtel étaient parfaits. Chambre très propre avec une salle de bain dans un parfait état. Literie confortable et propre. Le personnel est souriant, à toute heure, très serviable et d'une gentillesse. Des vélos dont électriques sont proposés en location pour des balades rafraîchissantes au bord du lac qui est juste en face. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité (sucré et salé) L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, à quelques minutes de Peschiera Del Garda et permet de rejoindre l'Est, l'Ouest ou l'incontournable presqu'île de Sirmione en quelques dizaines de minutes. C'est vraiment un hôtel au calme, parfait pour des vacances en toute sécurité et sérénité. Hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.

Siamo stati 2 volte in questa ottima struttura fronte lago, vicino a molte delle attrazioni turistiche della zona. Stanze pulite con bagno spazioso. Anche il ristorante interno è risultato essere molto comodo.Buona la colazione ma consiglio di scendere presto.Alla prossima!
