Un posto incantevole, curato in ogni dettaglio. Arrivando dalla strada principale, Borgo Lanciano si trova a ridosso di essa ma assolutamente nella privacy del suo parco.
La struttura è spettacolare, divisa in più complessi collegati da percorsi pedonali, quindi nella pace più assoluta.
Nella parte opposta alla reception si trova la Spa di assoluto livello. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La Spa ha tutto quello che serve per chiamarsi così ma soprattutto una piscina esterna davvero bella. Ristorante eccellente, colazione pure.
Insomma, un luogo dove l'accoglienza è la priorità e dove c'è anche la capacità di farlo.
Complimenti allo staff e alla cura del luogo.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Very nice spa facilities and suite rooms. Cheap rooms are very poor quality. Amenities are limited. Overall this hotel is good only for the spa. The staff are often overwhelmed or too busy. But in fairness to them they cope well. Has potential to be a 5 star establishment because of spa but needs improvement

We went there about a year ago to check out their spa. Couldn't find a single member of staff anywhere so we went to view the pool anyway whereupon we were accosted to query who we were. Tried to make an online booking for the restaurant this week. No email reply to confirm anything so we went round there in person. Again no staff to be found. Eventually spoke to a receptionist who said that "they always answer the telephone". Turns out they were fully booked on the night we wanted to go as they had a reception. Maybe if you want to hold your wedding there with 200 guests they might be interested but don't expect there to be any staff to provide service.

We spent a couple of relaxing days here, setting aside time to use the beautiful Spa. The grounds are green and well kept, although there was some noise from the nearby roads. Breakfast (included) was excellent and abundant. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good and the setting was refined without being stuffy or pretentious (thanks to the young waiter who was just learning the ropes and doing very well).

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Since we stayed from Monday to Friday, the hotel had very few guests. Since the days were hot, we spent many relaxed hours in the different pools in the spa. The buildings have been rennovated with very good taste, maintaining the traditional stone exterior walls. On our first night, the AC was not working. Since it could not be repaired, we got upgraded to a Suite room which was like a dream. The Suite rooms are very stylish with high ceilings and an extra bed where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Our room also had a steam bath and a private entry to the spa. The breakfast, snacks and drinks from the Bistro and the restaurant are all reasonably good. For me, the highlight was the extremely friendly staff who were very helpful. The Indian staff also made me feel especially at home.

Il personale,a partire dalla reception,front-office, ristorante e Kimben SPA, è stato molto professionale ed accogliente. La cena al ristorante davvero ottima,e il servizio è stato impeccabile...e che dire della colazione???Nulla da ridire,ricca in tutto!!! La pulizia delle camere e della Kimben SPA impeccabile. Ho trascorso un weekend fantastico,dove il relax e la tranquillità erano palpabili. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTA SPA RESORT a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di relax e benessere!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Solitamente, quando scrivo una recensione, seguo un filo logico ed esprimo valutazioni e opinioni sui vari aspetti dell'esperienza personale vissuta... in questo caso però mi riesce particolarmente arduo e non saprei da dove iniziare! Accoglienza, professionalità, disponibilità, cortesia e organizzazione, portati a livelli di assoluta eccellenza, caratterizzano questa cittadella del benessere immersa in ambiente naturalistico che infonde di per sé intime sensazioni di beata rilassatezza

Ho trascorso quattro giorni in questa struttura, che è una vecchia casa padronale completamente ristrutturata, immersa nel verde. Le camere sono confortevoli e arredate in stile classico. Il borgo è dotato di un centro benessere con piscina esterna e piscina coperta. Il personale è attento ad ogni esigenza. Molto ricca la prima colazione che propone prodotti naturali. Infine il ristorante molto elegante presenta menù in base al periodo stagionale con pietanze che richiamano la cucina tradizionale del posto.
