A beautiful regenerating stay, a treat to indulge in when you feel the need to disconnect and recharge. The family is super hospitable, everyone is very kind and always smiling. We loved it! The food and wine offer could be improved quite a bit - in particular the lack of attention to seasonality and km 0... there are excellent speck producers in the area without having to necessarily buy Bologna mortadella for the breakfast buffet, or Zibello culatello for dinner, as well as small artisanal yogurt producers who have nothing to envy of Mila or Sterzing, on the contrary! They have a lot to teach! Furthermore, I am sure that Gabriela would be very good at creating simple homemade jams, creams and cakes that can replace the industrial jams and Nutella from the buffet. The area offers numerous excellent local recipes and delicious vegetables, without disturbing the tradition of southern Italy, proposing a caponata with peppers, aubergines and courgettes, with burrata and Zibello culatello at the end of March. It's the details that make the difference, the attention that is paid to the quality of the products and, above all, the virtuous approach of networking with local producers who need our support and all our help. Come on Gabriella, do it for everyone!
