No kitchen after 2pm. Poor service. Told only available food was “paninis”. We paid €5 each for two such “paninis” which were actually cheap white bread rolls with cheap sliced cheese on top ( uncooked) and two pickles on the side. I.e. Maybe €1 worth of supermarket food. In future please invest in a sandwich grill so you can at least provide a toasted cheese sandwich. Beer was beer, no complaints there. Table near us took the bread basket from another table home with them, we should have done the same for the price paid.

During a hike with close friends on Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi, we visited Hotel Saltria for lunch July 7 2024. It was my worst ever experience in Val Gardena, a beautiful place I have visited many times before during the last ten years. Always with good memories of hospitality. At Hotel Saltria we met extremely rude personal and experienced really bad service. The four people in the staff we met needs thorough training in how to behave, talk and interact with customers. I felt ashamed in front of my friends for bringing them to such a place. Of course everybody can have a bad day at work, but four staff members the same day? Not the slightest effort to do right. Sorry to say, but I believe there is a management problem at this place. You are more than welcome to prove me wrong.

The hotel is located in a great location - a few meters from the ski slope and mainly provides complete peace and great facilities - wellness. During our stay, we were extremely satisfied not only with the very professional approach of the staff, but especially with the high quality of the food served. We plan to visit Hotel Saltria again and this time with the whole family.

The last one just passed not later that one week ago, was the 6th time we came back in Alpe di Siusi, always to the Saltria hotel! At the beginning, we used to went there, just me, my husband and our 8 years child. But in the last few years, after having shared with our friends the experience of the est place to be in SeiserAlm, they have started to join us during our winter leave!!! And they started to be in love, too!! Everything is quite near to perfection, and we feel like at home here, with a 5-star service, location, and accommodations! Only 1 negative side: it finishes almost soon every time!!! Wish to come back very soon!!! Thanks for making our vacation always perfect! Very Best, Clara and the Innamorato Family

The room was great, the views were unbelievable, the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive and we loved the spa. We were there to do some ski touring and it was a perfect location. We did two spectacular tours starting just steps from the property. Ski storage was super convenient, the parking garage made it really easy for check in/check out and we appreciated the laundry onsite so we could refresh. The food was excellent and plentiful and although it's a family oriented resort we really appreciated how they put families and couples w/o kids in a separate dining room. Highly recommended!

The best cappuccino in Alpi di Siusi is at the hotel Saltria done by Miss Petra. Alpi di Siusi is the best of all the Dolomites in Italy. It is great for walking since it has mountains and alot of greenery around. It is the highest place in Europe. It has about 15 ski lifts and 40 to 50 restaurants hidden in the hills and mountains. The temperature in August is fresh and can be cold too. I love this place as it is silent and few cars around. You relax so much even horses are relaxed as they stay in the same place and do not move much.

Everything was perfekt. Super location,nice clean rooms and tasty cuisine. Indoor and Outdoor Pool with super view and everything new and clean. Busstop and chairlift direkt in front the hotel. Very friendly and professional staff.

Awfully managed hotel. The management of the hotel treat guests like how a law firm treat accusers. For everything missing in the hotel such as body lotion, or hand cream, they would say, we mentioned in the website, and guests should read website before booking. For god sake, we want to have vacation , not to read 20 page disclaimer! Also there is no Wi-Fi in the hotel, but in the website, they just said high speed internet is not available . In summary, avoid this hotel or your vacation is ruined.
