Our stay was very comfortable; the hotel is well-located and has a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. Our rental car ran out of battery, and Katja and Olga went out of their way to find a mechanic. I don't know what we would have done without them!!!==

Beautiful, clean hotel room with spacious bathroom and closet. The outdoor pool has spectacukar view. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choices; there's even a snack break in the afternoons. It's directly across the street from a playground which was a big hit with my kids. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping .

A lovely hotel in a charming small town in South Tirol. Our spacious room had a magnificent views of the Dolomite peaks and the friendly, helpful staff made every effort to ensure a memorable stay. On our return from walks in the area, the pool and spa were welcome opportunities for relaxation and recovery, and the hospitality offer - food, wines, drinks from the bar - was excellent. We had hiking routes planned, but potential visitors might choose to take advice from a local guide who visits the hotel regularly and offers guided walks for guests around the local area. Our stay at the Hotel Villa was a delight and more generally, Kastelruth itself is a good base for expeditions around this region of the Dolomites. The village is served with regular bus services, local chair lifts / cable cars can speed visitors to upland areas, and the village itself has shops for everyday requirements and gifts.

The hospitality from Hotel Kastelruth is super, especially Katja Hedden! The hotel room , the wellness and the swimming pool of the Hotel excellent. Last but not least the environment from the hotel (the mountains and the Seise Alm) is beautiful.

Hotel Villa Kastelruth is an outstanding hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We were very pleased that they accommodated our early arrival. The staff was excellent and service was impeccable..

Most incredible views from your balcony and at breakfast. Beautiful hotel, clean, well maintained. Incredibly helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Relaxing, heated pool and spa. Best hotel ever! Highly recommend. I hope to come back one day!

I couldn't decide whether I felt like long-lost family or a VIP guest! The hotel is beautiful, the down duvet a sheer luxury, and the staff all get best marks for friendliness - they were helpful at all times, and well-informed. The location is excellent - a few minutes from the bus station, from where I launched my exploration of the towns and valleys around, all for free with the Südtirol Guest Pass which was forwarded to me a few days before arrival, for uploading on my smartphone.

Love this pleace, food, stuff, everything:) Best traditional hotel with perfect friendly atmosphere! Hotel is very friendly also for animals, located in quiet part of Castelrotto, but very close to center, shops, ski - bus station; good choice:)
