Honestly we can’t speak any more highly about this hotel. It was literally our favourite hotel of our month long Europe trip, They’ve thought of every single detail to give you the best trip ever. We had a horrible experience in our last place so decided to leave and move here instead and thank goodness we did. The staff are incredible, they couldn’t have been nicer and the whole team were very helpful. There were so many free treats as well and a yummy breakfast and hight tea that we didn’t know about so it was a real bonus.. The pool, sauna and spa area was definitely the highlight for us, so many places to relax, everything was next level clean and modern and perfect after a good hike. This hotel should be 6 star, we had another booking at a different hotel the day after but didn’t want to leave here so cancelled (even lost our money and didn’t care) but we just had to enjoy another night! You will not regret booking this hotel! ******

The cold pool outside makes it all complete for a healthy treatment - the shuttle service allow the car to be kept in the garage and enjoy holidays in ValGardena - the restaurant with its food is unbelivable great the breakfast and its offering is as complete as it can get in your own home with fruits and juicemaker to make your own juice. - The treatment is very friendly and the legend Silvio is a reason by itself to return.

Tucked away at the foot of the Dolomites, this family run hotel is excellent. From check-in to check-out we were not disappointed. A welcome drin and snacks on check-in is something that doesn't happen too ofen, but it was accepted with gratitude. The Spa is very good with an outdoor warmed pool. Sauna's/steam room are also very nice. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights and could of stayed longer. Despite the natural scenery and location being the second to non, the hotel itself is exceptional in all areas including cleanliness, location, views, staff and food. Also the spa and gym facilities are excellent. I would highly recommend taking a e-bike tour around the area with one of their highly trained guides. Totally worth the money, you will see so much more in a short period while getting some great exercise.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in May 2024. And I would definitely come again!! Rooms are big, comfy, with a magnificent view. The food in the restaurant was outstanding!! The restaurant stuff really polite. My 5 year old was very welcomed. There was no crowd in the swimming pool area so we almost had a pool for ourselves. Can not speak about sauna and fitness area because I haven't used them. There is one little thing I wish they could change: The other guest in the pool area was allowed to bring a glass of wine, however, my husband was not allowed to take a cup of coffee from the bar and bring it with him. That situation has left *a bad taste in my mouth” Somehow I felt we all haven't been treated the same. It CAN NOT happen in that kind of hotel! Overall we had a pretty good stay, relaxed and felt more in love with our nature.
