Castelsardo Resort Village

What can I say beautiful view, but everything else literally sucks sorry but it's the true story. Then you risk having a stomach ache with food, except pizza which is good. Cleanliness no comment (ants in the room and mice in the reception). The staff is courteous and kind except for the guy at the bar with a beard without glasses who can be seen in the presentation photo, he is grumpy and come on smile, I don't remember his name. With my friends we felt excluded there was one person who spoke Italian the rest many things were in French it seems only for them eh they have activities that not everyone can do it's discrimination! Well then there is no shop in the structure as demonstrated you have to pay €15 to go to the city, paid Wi-Fi per day €2 you get out of there poor then the sea no comm Really really bad full of algae eh rocks. Well definitely never going back there again wasted money. I don't know who is responsible but he should be fired!!!!!!!!! I took the photo from a French employee who had given me his Instagram contact so even the workers know how disgusting it is and they don't say anything (cockroaches, ants and mice) wonderful, right?! Furthermore, there are no ramps for disabled people, there are only stairs, lots of stairs, terrible, the resort is not for everyone because families with strollers struggle every time to go up and down.

I’ve been there with my family for almost a week, absolutely amazing! Beautiful panorama, Castelsardo is amazing!! All the staff is so nice and gentle I will recommend it to everyone Specially the bar(Barmens,Vitorio ,Aurura Marika )very cooperative and welcoming outside view is absolutely amazing The staff on the reception is very welcoming and cooperative and can guide you with anything you want Recommend to everyone ❤️❤️

The staff at the desk were verry nice and very considering when needed. THANK YOU!!!! And for that I give a better note 👆 Nice animation team. . Not too much animation though. Catering team was fine verry rapide and there to help. . Manager of the catering team *Sergio* not nice at all , we could hear him yelling at the staff in the kitchen all the time and the tension in the air was odd when he was around +++ while me and my wife went to thé pizzeria one night he even yelled at my 15 year old son "for nothing" when he went alone to the resteraunt. The food was ok but i wouldnt order out even if it wasnt free. The place is beautiful but it’s time to restored quite a lot of things... . Especially the *salt water* pool this not agreable at all. . Also the hand railings on the stairs are either inexistant or falling apart and make useing the stony oddly shaped stairs very dangerous. . Hope your in shape cause its à Mountain to climb every day. Not to mention the stone tiles around the pool that are breaking and sharp on the feet. ++ The little blemol who broke all the note for me 😑 we found a familly of cats living on the resort who are dying of thirst and hunger. We asked the staff and they informed us that they recognize the small family of kittens.🧐 But there was one who died last month, so they gave up on the other five... ☹️ So we ended up feeding them 3 times a day during our entire stay 😧 I will try to reach the associations that might be able to help when i get home. If you are there please feed the kittens they are near the left side of the pool 1 flight of stairs down on the left. Good stay but I remain unhappy and wont come back. + I think of the poor kittens as i leave. Dont forget to bring water cause its not free an not drinkable from the tap. Cdt. Jay

Beautiful holiday Really exciting family ride)) So many excursions, beautiful places, second time in sardinia, last time we visited the south, but this we decided to see coast to coast the north of this fantastic island We organized everything with the help of the kiwi travel office staff - Ivo and Marika, two guys trained and phenomenal, awake at all hours and ready to recommend new experiences around Sardinia!! You really stayed in the heart Hotel very well located, fantastic views from all the clubs of the resort and our guys really enjoyed it, between dips in the pool and table tennis - obviously they did not waste time and immediately made friends with Vittorio and Aurora staff Bar, really professional and always with a smile. Reception open 24 hours a day, Very nice restaurant, slightly monotonous cuisine.

You are a super animator, Gaetano. Also cleaned Every day. Food is magnificent. Had a wonderful time. You can see the sunrise, and the sunset. Every evening animation and a good single. We Will certainly come back Here. Made a Lot of good friends too here.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Great drinks and food. Right besides a beach. Has very nice views of the sea, the city etc. Very beautiful all around. Has animation everyday in both English and French. Pool is cold but very refreshing on a hot day. Make sure to bring your hiking shoes when going for a walk. The resort has a lot of stairs so if you’re not mobile this might not be the hotel for you.
