We stayed here for a week sept10th/17th and enjoyed everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful despite the language nothing was too much trouble. Eric was amazing and even bought us an ice bucket while we were drinking our own wine outside our room, he was also very knowledgeable about the area and the wine, we thoroughly enjoyed our chats! The rooms are lovely,clean and have a very traditional feel and are spacious with comfy beds. Such a relaxing place with a personal touch, would highly recommend.

We visited this lovely hotel, as our friends were getting married nearby. It is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we had the warmest of welcomes and we were well looked after throughout our stay by the kind and friendly staff. They were so welcoming to our 9 year old son too. Our room was beautiful and was very well tended to and cleaned everyday. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy throughout. A special mention to Eric who works behind the bar…he went above and beyond for us and made us feel at home during our stay. The pool area was really nice with relaxing background music playing. As we were staying out of season, we had it to ourselves for most of our stay! The breakfast was delicious with a variety of meats and cheeses, and freshly baked pastries every morning. The hotel is perfectly situated just a 5-10 minute walk from the stunning and historic town centre and lake, where the views are just incredible! Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful stay!

Rooms neat, well composed, with original artworks from the owner on the wall! Thankfully also air conditioned! Great and traditional breakfast buffet......pool is perfect, and immaculately clean. The wonderful, attentive and extremely knowledgeable service by Eric is an added bonus! I would highly recommend this location for food and drink, as well as for a nice vacation stay.

La struttura si trova al centro di Castiglion del Lago, comodissima per girare il suo centro e le sue attrazioni principali senza doversi spostare in auto. E’ presente un parcheggio scoperto interno , comodissimo …. praticamente davanti le stanze. Camera comoda e spaziosa, provvista di un bel bagno interno con doccia altrettanto comoda. Letto comodo. Ambienti puliti. La colazione è risultata sufficiente e buona. Il personale gentile e professionale. Consiglio sicuramente la struttura !!

Attirati dalla descrizione della struttura e dalla vicinanza al centro storico, abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. La camera con soppalco, dove è collocato il letto matrimoniale, anche se di ampia superficie, è decisamente scomoda. In quanto il bagno è al piano inferiore e la discesa, data la tipologia della scala, non è proprio così agevole. Alcune problematiche con la temperatura (non regolabile) e qualche dotazione in più in bagno sarebbe stata gradita. Colazione decisamente da rivedere e migliorare. Alla fine, leggendo le varie recensioni e viste le potenzialità della struttura, mi sono fatto l'idea che, per quanto pagato, siamo capitati nel periodo dell'anno sbagliato.

Questo luogo ci è parso più un ristorante con velleità di organizzazione di eventi che un resort. Colazione e cibo di buon livello ma i pregi finiscono qui. Le camere sono poco curate, un po’ buie e disposte in alcuni casi su due livelli non comodi. Il personale è un po’ teso e per certi versi pressante. Il rapporto qualità prezzo -rispetto al resort- è quindi totalmente sbilanciato. Non ci tornerò.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Il Resort si presenta molto bene, struttura nuova. La camera è pulita , dotata di tutti i confort con un bel bagno. Nota dolente materassi scomodi. Il giardino e la piscina sono ben curati come gli spazi in comune. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto , ma non c'è nessuna indicazione che ti dice dove è la reception. Ci dirigiamo verso il ristorante e finalmente la troviamo, una persona ci accoglie e svolge le solite pratiche di check in e ci chiede già di effettuare il check out perché l'indomani non ci sarebbe stato nessuno in grado di effettuarlo. Nulla di male ma non mi era mai capitato. La colazione non male ma molto migliorabile , soprattutto non vi era nessuna targhetta negli alimenti , secondo mio parere personale è una mancanza grave , perché per i clienti come me che sono allergici è un problema. Nel complesso la gestione del resort è un po' carente.

Ho soggiornato nella camera superior grande pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. Lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Peccato per la colazione sicuramente di gran lunga da migliorare.....sia qualitativamente che quantitativamente.
