Very nice hotel, located just by the lake. The personnel is very kind and professional. Very good breakfast -maybe adding some fruit would be advisable-. Strongly suggested.

110% - above and beyond/cannot recommend highly enough. Stefano speaks first class English and the team went out of the way and succeeded in ensuring I enjoyed my stay here. It has a wonderful clean good sized swimming pool. It was also wonderful to have a large ground floor room with outside seated area. The location is wonderful being between station and main town. There is also good parking right outside the property. Taxis available from train station before 6pm or alternatively easy 20 minute walk. I left on a Sunday so Stefano kindly ran me to the station complimentary as no taxis were available. Castiglione del Lago itself is a small but beautiful town with lakeside areas and you can even rent a boat. There are ferries to the nearby island Isola Maggiore which is wonderful with it's church, history and tourist shops. Great location also for quick and cheap train rides into the nearby town of Cortona and good location for trains to other hill-towns e.g. Orvieto. Breakfast was wonderful- cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts, pastries accompanied by coffee- I enjoyed their cappuccinos and you could even receive a top up for free. I hope that I will be fortunate enough to return one day. Stefano was extremely helpful from the beginning of the booking process to departure at the train station. Grazie mille Stefano and team. Tip: if you want the best rates book direct.

delightful hotel by the lake. The staff was highly professional and extremely helpful. The rooms are in chalets all on ground level so perfect for disabled. Large room and very clean. Excellent breakfast overlooking the pool. the location is perfect for lots of day trips around Lake Trasimeno and around Umbria.

We had a great time at this hotel/appartment. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and most of all we were very pleased with the airco which kept the room cool during a hot summer stay. We enjoyed the pool and overall had a very pleasant and relaxed stay.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Parcheggio privato molto comodo. Pulizia ok. Colazione varia e abbondante in una bella location. Piscina e lettini in ottima posizione e disponibilità. Edifici con camere tutti al piano terra in mezzo al giardino e alberi, in zona molto tranquilla. Nello stesso tempo, vicinanza al centro storico ed al lago. Tutto perfetto.

Le camere sono pulitissime, accoglienti, calde e silenziose. L’ubicazione è strategica: a 5 minuti dal centro storico e di fronte al porto turistico. Per chi ha un cane è comodissimo poiché il lungolago e l'area cani è a pochi metri. La tranquillità e il confort sono le caratteristiche più apprezzate. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, anche nei confronti del nostro cane. Da suggerire caldamente.

Posto incantevole gestito da persone meravigliose. Io e la mia amica abbiamo trovato grandissima disponibilità, cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti. Inoltre, si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Castiglione del Lago: un borgo bellissimo e organizzato benissimo. Bagni pubblici pulitissimi.
