What a great family-run place to stay! The food, atmosphere and service were all excellent, providing us with a fun and care-free visit to this area. There is easy access to good hiking trails and shops in the small towns. We had a very relaxing and fun time here and would definitely go again.

BAD! well well well where do i begin, first of all i could shower, brush my teeth and sit on the toilet at the same time thats how small the bathroom was. Then the food was absolutely rotten, none of the meat looked appealing. wasn’t allowed on the balcony which i thought was rather odd. we also went skiing and one particular intructor was a strange man and liked flirting with me and my friends which is not appropriate for when on a lovely trip! staff were extremely rude and didnt offer different options (vegan options) for people that didn’t eat meat and even people that didn’t like it in general, we ate bread and grated carrots the whole 5 days being there..atrocious!

I was there for the weekend skiing with a friend and we really enjoyed it. The owner his family and the staff are very friendly, the rooms are nice and well kept. The service is top notch as the owner took us skiing in the mountains for a low extra charge. The food was very good and really impressed me.

Prima di tutto l'ospitalità a pieni voti, persone cortesi disponibili e sorridenti. Cena ottima (casoncelli fatti da loro) e in quantità generosa. Camera non certo grande e bagno minuscolo ma non dovendoci vivere direi che sono assolutamente idonei allo scopo.

Scelta fatta attraverso Daydreams, le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. Ottima location, calorosa accoglienza, dalle persone e dall’ambiente. La prima sera cena con saletta esclusiva per noi, davanti ad un Camino scoppiettante. Ieri sera anche concerto delle cornamuse. Cosa volere di più? Quando un Hotel e l’annesso Ristorante superano le proprie aspettative è giusto dargliene atto! Nicholas ha consolidato bene le sue competenze che riguardano l’Accoglienza, la Disponibilità quanto la Gentilezza e la Professionalità! Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo sia nell’Hotel perché le stanze sono in sintonia con l’ambiente delle Orobie e, al Ristorante, accolti da Christian abbiamo avuto modo di gustare i piatti tipicamente bergamaschi, con porzioni abbondanti e il cibo cucinato con maestria! Credo che diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento per i nostri week end a Castione della Presolana! Bravi, Bravi, Bravi❣️

Siamo andati presso l albergo aurora in occasione di una cena con dj set (musica 70,80 90). Costo 40€ a testa. Delusi. Molto delusi. Cena Servizio frettoloso, ti buttavano la roba sul tavolo (la metà delle persone al nostro tavolo sono tornate a casa con macchie di unto sui cappotti messi sulla sedia). Cena povera. 4 fette di affettato con il melone (visto il titolo della festa ci sta) 4 tortelli a testa, 2 tagliolini. Due fette di carne e un pacchetto di sigarette di dolce. Poco, tutto veramente poco. Continuando a chiedere siano riusciti a mangiare qualcosa ma immaginate l entusiasmo. 2 fette di pane da dividere in 10… insomma… tristezza. Amari pagati a parte. E vabeh. Arriviamo alla parte ludica della serata. Il dj. Mai visto nulla di più imbarazzante. Dj impreparato, noioso, per nulla fantasioso. Canzoni del tutto fuori luogo. Prox volta una playlist su sportily e fai più bella figura. Serata davvero brutta spendendo 40€ a testa.
