The hotel itself was nice but the meal & service at the restaurant was dreadful. My husband's pasta was virtually raw & had the texture of cardboard. When we told the waiter he said it was cooked the Italian way, 'al dente'. I said, 'no, my pasta was al dente but my husband's is undercooked'. Waiter did not care, attitude was condescending. No apology made, no replacement meal offered. Also, a bright garden light was shining right at my husband's face and when this was pointed out there was no offer to redirect light's glare. He did offer another table but when we pointed out the next guests would have the same problem this point was ignored. It took about 10 minutes to get the glass of wine we ordered and we had to remind staff about the order. When we checked out we told the receptionist about the poor service at the restaurant and, although apologetic, no recompense was offered. Shame, because the hotel itself is lovely.

LOCATION STUPENDA, PERSONALE GENTILISSIMO, CAMERE AMPIE , PULITE E DECISAMENTE MOLTO BELLE. LA COLAZIONE SERVITA ALL' APERTO MOLTO RICCA : VENGONO SERVITI AL TAVOLO DOLCI, FRUTTA FRESCA, MARMELLATE POI IL RESTO E' ALLA CARTA MA NON MANCA NULLA E I PRODOTTI SONO BUONISSIMI. CI SI SENTE COCCOLATI.

Magical place in the middle of a countryside decorated with birdsong. The homes blend in pleasantly. The terraces and the swimming pool are welcome. The breakfasts are generous, served at the table on cards. The staff is friendly.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, Reception, Bar, Service, … Schöne, komfortable Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Ausgezeichnete Küche mit moderaten Preisen. Angenehme Ambiente; Essen im Garten und Relaxen am Pool. Grosser Parkplatz. Nur zwei Kilometer vom Meer.

Che dire? Ottimo in tutto e per tutto. La prova è che ci torniamo da anni. Bella struttura nel verde, in totale tranquillità. Grandi lavoratori i proprietari che in maniera discreta sono sempre presenti. Ottimo personale sempre cordiale e gentile, dalla reception, al giardiniere, passando per il servizio pulizie e servizio della colazione. Colazione ottima con prodotti sempre freschi, ottime spremute di arancia, frutta e dolci sempre presenti. Ottimo anche la parte salata con prodotti della zona. Maura guida lo staff della colazione in maniera cordiale ed eccezionale. Ottimo nuovo ristorante all'aperto, che abbiamo provato. Ideale per godersi il mare, senza essere però in città e nel caos. E se si vuole passare un po' di tempo in piscina, molto carina anche quella. Noi ci torneremo e lo possiamo consigliare.

Bel complesso di camere e casette a schiera con terrazzini e porticati nel silenzio e nella tranquillità assoluta. AREA piscina pulita e adeguatamente servita. Tutti i confort per essere un Hotel che si nota risulta dedito ai Ricevimenti. Personale gentile, cordiale e di ottima professionalità. Camera sobria stile leccese, fresca, pulita e ti fa sentire nel candore. Abbiamo apprezato anche la cena, buona e di qualita ( antipasto di ricciola:sublime), ma ci sono alcune perplessità sui tempi e modalità di cottura della pasta ( i tagliolini che di fatto erano Bavette: nell'acqua di cottura non è stato utilizzato un cucchiaio di olio necessario per tenere separata la pasta in fase di cottura), risultato i fili delle Bavette rimanevano dure e legate fra loro (un peccato). Inoltre pochissima scelta sul.dolce. Per il resto incantevole. Voto 9-
