Only positive point: good location and comfortable bed. 👍🏻 Negative points: I don't even know where to start. 😰 I stayed for 2 days with a New Year's program and I won't go back. Bad experience. Breakfast is always bread with cheese and ham (hard bread) and sour juice. On January 1st, anyone who had breakfast had to watch the discussion in the kitchen and "I don't serve after 10am". 🥴 You can hear everything in rooms, you can hear everything in hallways, zero soundproofing. On the day of the New Year's Eve dinner we couldn't sleep because they kept moving tables out of the restaurant all night despite knowing that there were accommodations with rooms upstairs. 😴 New Year's Eve dinner with slow service, 2 people serving so many people. Midnight arrived and they didn't even serve raisins or champagne in a hurry. When the meat arrived it was cold and there were leftovers from the dish, and we weren't even served rice because they couldn't handle it. The program said there was live music and it was just 2 gentlemen playing concertinas. 🤨 The heating service in the room turned on and off (a broken boiler and it's not new) even though it was 1°C outside. Room with super dim light. 🧐 The television only works on 2 channels, RTP and SIC, and it is not clear. There is never anyone at the reception. Zero service. Internet almost never works, come with mobile data. In short: an experience not to be repeated. 🙅🏻♀️

Não recomendo, chegamos o quarto estava super quente e não havia ar condicionado, o que tornou as noites insuportáveis, para piorar não há conexão com a internet nos quartos, só no restaurante. Quarto limpo apenas por onde passa a procissão, havia lixo debaixo das cortinas e imenso pó nas paredes. A televisão não dava sinal nenhum, nem os 4 canais. O pequeno-almoço era sempre pão muito muito duro com queijo e fiambre.

El lugar es muy bonito, el hotel está muy bien acondicionado y el restaurante tiene unas vistas espectaculares al igual que la habitación que nos tocó, el desayuno sencillo pero cumple perfectamente su cometido. La atención muy buena, y merece la pena para un par de noches y así conocer la zona.

Péssima refeição com falta de qualidade e valor exagerado. Bacalhau sem sal e cheio de azeite, batatas fritas mal fritas e cheias de óleo.. só algumas coisas a enumerar. Foi das piores refeições dos últimos tempos. Nem o espaço salva total desgraça na cozinha, é pena uma casa destas não conseguir apresentar algo digno da mesma.

O quarto é pequeno e apesar das vistas serem deslumbrantes as janelas são demasiado pequenas para tanto potencial. Estava limpo e a casa de banho, sendo igualmente pequena, estava moderna. A cama é confortável e o quarto estava muito quentinho. No entanto nota-se que os tetos e paredes apresentam sinais evidentes de humidade o que não fica nada bem. A água quente demora uma eternidade a aparecer mas depois de chegar o banho é confortável. As paredes devem ser de papel pois ouvem-se as pessoas dos quartos vizinhos como se estivessem ao nosso lado. A TV tinha uma imagem de péssima qualidade só com canais generalistas o que hoje não se justifica numa unidade hoteleira ou AL com tantos quartos. O pequeno almoço é limitado, pão, de fraca qualidade, doces de pacote, manteiga, queijo e fiambre, sumo de pacote. Salvou-se o café e a vista.

Já lá tivemos duas vezes. Muito caro face ao serviço. Tem ótima vista. Uma tecnologia avançada, tem um robot que sai da cozinha com os pratos para o balcão 1 onde os funcionários preparam os pratos e servem às mesas. Diria que era show off pois mesmo com a ajuda do robot esperamos 1 hora pelo prato esquecido. Cancelamos o prato e fomos embora.

Prato escolhido: bacalhau com broa Bónus: uma mosca nas batatas, um cabelo no bacalhau. O gerente incluíu na conta o prato de bacalhau e ainda vendeu como favor o não o incluír. Pagámos tudo o que consumimos além do bacalhau e nem o café ofereceu. Não pediu desculpa, só se preocupava em justificar com o "azar" que tivemos. Não foi desleixo da cozinha, foi azar nosso... Uma palavra de apreço para a simpatia dos empregados, única coisa aproveitável nesta triste (e porca) refeição. A nunca repetir nem recomendar.
