Very friendly welcoming, nice room with small window. The bed was extremely fluffy, slept well. The manager and the receptionist were so nice and helpful, even more when I got sick. The kitchen cooked me rice and one employee took me to a doctor. If I come back I would probably take the slightly more expensive deluxe room cause it offers access to the sauna (price not included but fair) and is bigger. But the standard room was also spacious enough for one person. Close to the city center but quiet, no loud music disturbing the sleep, very close to the viewpoint at the old Fort, 5 minutes walk.

We stayed here as two couples in two rooms during a Halong bay tour. The rooms were beautifully set up with rose petals for Valentine’s Day. We had a very spacious room and the one lady working there was awesome! She helped us out with everything we needed and always checked in with us. She made sure we were looked after, well fed, and comfortable. I’d recommend this place to anyone. The food was great and the rooms were very clean. Recommend!!

Es gibt nichts negatives über das Eco Hotel zu berichten. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber und vor allem auch schimmelfrei! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die freundliche und herzliche Art des Rezeptionist fühlte man sich direkt wohl. Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Es liegt zentral aber es ist nicht zu laut durch die umgrenzenden Restaurants und Clubs. Im Hotel können Touren sowie ein Roller zu einem guten Preis gebucht werden. Ebenfalls kann man im Hotel seine Wäsche waschen lassen. Jederzeit wieder würde ich das Hotel buchen!

The hotel was very clean and the reception was very friendly and kind. They are able to book excursions and such for you. Unfortunately we did not do any excursions as we were there for a short time and most of them were a full day tour. Also keep in mind that the small town is under construction along the water so unfortunately you have to walk a decent amount away or rent a motorcycle to see any views.

The hotel is located at the very top, but for those who find it difficult to climb, a taxi is no problem. Newer and quiet at night. If you go down to the sea along the right road, at the turn there will be an excellent cafe, cheap, tasty, large portions (pictured). The hotel is one of the cheapest, so everything in the room is simple. The mattress is very hard, the air conditioner is directed at the bed, it needs to be sealed with tape, there is not a single hanger in the closet, you can only dry it on the TV if you wipe off the dirt. But overall, it’s clean, no insects, there’s a refrigerator, you can ask for a kettle. The bathroom is small, without partitions, and there is always water on the floor. It is difficult to regulate the shower: either cold or boiling water. When we finally succeed, we soap our hair; the hot water runs out. Breakfast is minimal: two eggs with toast or two pancakes, your choice, plus a slice of watermelon, tea, coffee. The service is good, no problems.

The pillows were delightfully fluffy. The service was friendly and helpful, make you feel at home and help you anyway you need! To make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s a convenient location just outside of the main town area. A comfy bed, and a lovely little pool to splash in, right next to the mountain.
