The staff is friendly and attentive, but they are insufficient in number.
Even though we made our reservation on July 5, we were told that the reservation was not confirmed and the payment was pending. We made a one-night deposit. 1 day later, they said that the money was paid and the deposit was refunded to us.

Amazing clean place, perfect service. This is the fourth time we go there and we will definitely be back, Excellent for couples, families with children, delicious food. Besides a dining room, you have restaurants by the sea and everything is free

Great facilities let down by abysmal customer service. On arrival we had to wait 35 minutes to pay in as the cashier was not available and no other member of staff could take payment. The only reason we managed to find out why we couldn't pay was after 35 minutes of asking. We agreed with the reception staff at this point that we could access the facilities and return later to make payment. So we set off to the beach area, only to be escorted by security back to reception as we had not yet paid and the same staff we spoke to before would not confirm that they had agreed. In summary the Security were unwilling to listen and staff service painfully slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing. Expected much much better service from somewhere with such facilities. Would definitely not pay to stay all inclusive based on the poor service we experienced.

I am sure it is a pleasant place ro stay apart from the smell of the nearby power station! My review is based upon the attitude of the staff and the ridiculous price they wanted for a day pass. £100 for 3 adults and 2 children. Not helped by the fact that we only wanted a half day at most. I think that they actively discourage non residents. Much cheaper in the Acapulco nearby which is where we ended up.

Went here for the day with my family and paid the 60tl each which grants you access to the beach and aquapark. The aquapark was not staffed properly and there were not enough lifeguards patrol the slides. During our time there two children were badly injured needing medical attention and I saw a very near miss with a young child who had exited a slide and somebody came down straight behind here. There was one lifeguard who was on patrol for one particular slide but he was on his phone throughout the time he was there. There were only about 12 inflatable boats to go onto the slide and I complained to the management who told me that this is all they had. The entrance fee gets you free tea and cold water but you will be hard pushed to find someone to serve you on the beach let alone by the poolside. The marble floor around the pool areas was very slippery and was not covered with enough non slip matting. All in all the hotel has a long way go to be classified as a five star and they will need to get a lot more staff especially during the summer months. Very poor service and facilities
