Best Caticlan Hotels

Great location and right at the end of the runway where you can see planes landing and taking off and very short distance. Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time.

Not bad, suitable for a proper rest,

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Quiet and peaceful. Everything in this place is just perfect. The cottage, the food, the staff, the view, the feels.

Wonderful place, perfect to relax and calm down. Friendly stuff and quick responding and flexible management. If you look for a private beach cottages with reasonable prices also for in-house food and drinks - this is your place. The sea is not Beverly accessible on low tide but the pool is perfect. We closed the simple cottage, small but beautiful with the view to the sea. You can walk to the next beach with some restaurants and guests houses and also can paddle along the coast line. For others you have to cross the mountain

Very nice people run this wonderful place! The food is delicious, always happy to help. For a quiet holiday - great. There is a beach a couple of minutes walk away - great! If you want to hang out - you can go to White Beach, 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this place. Will be back!

The place was good and the staff are accommodating. It's very convenient because it's near the port and some shops. The food they provide was also good.

My favorite part of the entire trip to Long Beach was choosing this hotel. The hotel has only 27 suites. The sea view of the suite is great, the balcony is wide and can be used for parties and SPA. The room is very large and the bathroom is very large. There is also a back garden in the bathroom with great lighting. You can even lie in the bathtub and read a book. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it covers a variety of continental, American, British, and Filipino set meals. You can basically stay full until dinner. The hotel has direct access to the beach and beautiful scenery. There are canoes for free for guests staying in the hotel. There is beach security to ensure the safety of guests while playing in the water. The beach location does not belong to S1-S3, but you can walk all the way north from the hotel beach to S1. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from dmall, you must take it, otherwise the tutu from the hotel location will cost you 200 fixed price to charter the bus.
