Used this hotel as a base to visit Amalfi coast,Salerno and Pompei. Easy to reach and find from Naples airport. Watch out for the hotel signs as you navigate the streets of Cava de Terrini to get to the secure parking garage under the hotel. We were greeted at the hotel door by Martina who spoke good English and looked after us throughout our stay along with Marianna and Andreas. (Also good English).We were given a free upgrade to a 2 roomed suite. Very large room with a balcony. I enjoyed the beers from the mini bar on there every evening! The room was very tastefully decorated. In fact the hotel itself is all very tastefully decorated with some nice touches like an old wooden mangle and sewing machine on the second floor corridor. On our second night we ate in the hotel dining room. Very nice meal and very well looked after by the waiter. I can’t remember his name but he worked hard to ensure all guests were happy. Breakfast was ample with a good choice of food. Lucia the breakfast waitress made sure we were adequately catered for and nothing is a problem for her. The hotel fronts onto a main pedestrian street and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I will give this Hotel a 5 out of 5 wow what can I say great location. The staff was amazing and super friendly they made you feel so welcome and at home. The food was incredible this a place where you need to stay and enjoy Italy. This location was a great stay that I enjoy so much.

Gorgeous hotel with a palpable sense of history! Every floor and room is unique and holds both the decor and the feel of the 1920s but is updated in all the right ways for contemporary comfort. The beds were moderately comfortable and the plumbing could be updated ( toilet flushing is a bit of loud and can be heard through the walls) but everything else is so remarkably wonderful. The service by staff are professional and the free breakfast is really outstanding. You will not regrets this experience.its also extremely clean!

Great location and affordable hotel for visiting Cava. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast with delicious pastries. Special thanks to Emmanuel who helped secure a private taxi for a tour of the Amalfi coast.

Absolutely incredible hotel! Incredible staff. Staff was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout the course of our stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The food was exquisite. The hotel is conveniently located with less than 5 minutes from the station and bus station. There are shops nearby

This was a perfect hotel for us on this trip. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Hotel Victoria was built in 1886 and retains a grand, historical quality. The rooms are spacious by most European hotel standards. One reason we picked it was for the air conditioning since we were traveling in June and knew with Climate Change it would be likely hot - and glad we did; it was in the 100s and the A/C worked great. The location in wonderful too - right on the main street (limited cars, mostly walkers) with all the shops and great restaurants in a short walk. We were worried this might mean noise but had no issues at all. Parking is free too which is unusual for European hotels. Breakfast, which was include in our deal, was nice. As of late June 2022 they were still (and the only hotel we encountered on our trip) following full COVID protocols.

Victorian Style hotel in the heart of the piazza full of stores and restaurants. Nice large comfortable room and amenities. The train station is steps away. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived super late and the restaurant was closed but they managed to make us something which was very kind. We would stay here again for sure!
