Junior Family Hotel

We had a great time in Cavallino. The appartment was perfect for our family. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed swimming in the nearby sea every day.

Everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - orange juice, rolls and very delisious coffee from a barmen - it iwas clear that every detail was important for the Hotel. We stayed there only one night but I can highly recommend this hotel for longer holidays as well!

Really warm and cozy hotel in a very convenient location for both visits to Venice, Lido, Murano, Burano etc. as well as Wine farms ... great rooms and facilities, with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you for everything, we shall be back!

Please consider our case when booking this hotel. Precondition: We booked the hotel for 2 days through Airbnb with Georgia, then extended our stay for 1 day because we needed to stay longer. They accepted the extension, we paid for one more day and left the room in the morning. Accident: When we returned almost at 10 PM, we could not enter the room - our plastic cards did not work. We went to the reception, and the security guy said he could not help and that we needed to wait until 11 PM. So we waited 1 hour because we could not enter our room (probably because they didn’t program our cards for one more day). So we could not enter the room, and at 11 PM Marco came. Marco said it was not his problem, and we had to leave the next day as he had other people to check in. Rude and arrogant, he said that the security guy could help: - But he said we’d need to wait for you, and he couldn't open the door. Why? - I don’t know, ask him. As a result, we paid for one extra day. Still, we could not get inside = we did not get the full service - moreover, we got awful behavior from Marco and their inability to compensate us or address their fault respectfully and honestly. This hotel is not customer-oriented; they did not address their fault (they simply forgot to reprogram our plastic cards and didn't even mention it). Because of the poor service and Marco’s disrespectful and rude behavior, we do not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

Really friendly and helpful staff, nice and comfortable apartment. We only missed kitchen towel and sponge in the kitchen but other than that we had a great stay. Close to the beach and to some really nice restaurants. Convenient bus connection to Jesolo.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel, despite 3 days of rain. The staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given an upgrade when we arrived, and the room far exceeded my expectations for the price. Breakfast was lovely and whilst unable to use the pool or beach during our stay both looked perfect for a summer vacation. We travelled into Venice each day and the hotel staff helped with travel advice and even provided some plastic ponchos. The trip took an hour and we found the 3 day boat pass great value for money, visiting Murano and Burano during our stay. We had evening drinks and the prices were outstanding. There was a lovely pizza restaurant across the road which was ideal after a busy day in Venice. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return, and happily use this as a base for commuting to Venice again.
