Be carefull from absolutely poor service of animators, ...whose finally complain on guests. Efforts to improve the facility's services led to a threat that he would not be allowed to come next time. This place is probably under new management since the last time we visited and our experience was, that guests are not the number one.

I stayed in this village with my partner for a week. The place was welcoming, the receptionists were helpful and kind, the house was practical and had all the comforts, the restaurant overall was excellent, good food and hospitable even if the waitress who served us at the table was unsmiling and unmotivated. As for the pool area they are equipped with a heated, very comfortable pool and a bar with excellent drinks. Overall I give 3 stars due to the flaw in the restaurant.

We travelled with our family- two adults and two young children. The Aurora residence was a good size for us, including fitting a baby cot. The only down side was that they didn’t provide any cleaning supplies, including soap, dishwashing tablets, washing machine tablets or even a sponge. There also wasn’t a kettle. We had to buy a whole packet of washing pods etc just to use one, and we were flying which meant trying to pack them on top of everything else. This aside it was a great place and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kids club was great, even on a rainy day. The pool and the beach were the highlight. Be aware that it’s a 700m walk from the bus stop. This was a challenge for us with baggage and two young children. It was about an hour and a half by public transport (two buses) from VCE airport and about an hour from Venice by bus and ferry.

It was our first stay in mobilhome, and it was perfect. We stayed in Laguna Platinum- the 2 bathrooms were great plus. We come back next year - we already booked (unfortunately we can not have the same house for the dates we go… But overall the pool, beach, restaurant are nice. Animation team works hard to make all guests happy. Thanks, see you next year.

The children's program here is excellent but their prices to stay later are ridiculous. Many places allow continued use of facilities after checkout but this is not one of them. We had a rainy Saturday so our kids were not able to participate in any sports on the beach. Leaving Sunday we requested to stay 2 hours so our son could play beach soccer. This would have been a charge of €160 even though we were out of the room. I think this place is under new management since the last time we visited and our experience was not as nice.

We was in this hotel in July 22 with 2 kids. The location is good, clean see, nice surroundings, quite. There is a shop in the territory, where you can buy all necessary staff. The territory nice and clean. There is a room where you can wash your clothes and iron them. we were leaving in Maxi Caravan. it was not very big, but enough for family if you do not spend too much time inside. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: for small kids, very small and the rest people. If you want to swim, then you need to do it in the morning or later in the evening, as the big pool is overcrowded. Pools work only from 10 till 19. there is water aerobic twice per day, pool games for kids. What is not good, is that you need to pay for sunbeds near the pool, on the beach is free. The restaurant on the territory is very good and during the week we tried different food, there is big choice of dishes. Animation is so, so. You could not compare it with Turkey, but for Italy I guess its ok. I would recommend this hotel for budget holiday. I would also recommend to take half board if you are early bird, as breakfast was only till 9-30, which is too early in my opinion.

Super Camping, especially great animation team. Excellent for kids but also for parents. Already the second time here and we plan also next year on the same camping. Good food at reasonable prices, easy to visit also other places like Burano or Venice.

it was a amazing holiday, really nice people, theo everytime help us for all, and simone were really good at sand sports. i think we come back in october. the first time we have beautifull animation. thanks for all!
