Paradise Caycuma Hotel

There is no problem with the car park at the hotel, the pool is very clean, but I cannot say the same about the area around the pool and the way to access the pool, it is unkempt and dirty. I saw two types of rooms in the hotel: 1. Twin room: Although it has two beds, I think it is a room that can only accommodate one person. 2. It is called a suite room. It has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 folding sofa. This room is very comfortable. There is breakfast at the hotel, but the menu is the same every day, tea and other delicacies are not bad. Besides these, I think there is a general cleanliness problem in the hotel. There is no problem if you come as an adult, but if you come with a child, you realize the dirt. Especially the toilets in the food court were in a disgraceful condition. All the radiators are rusty and dirty, the napkin holder and trash can in the bathroom are rusty. I guess the bathroom doors are glass and the metals to which the glass door is connected to the wall are not noticed even when mopping the dirty floor. Although there is space at the top of the closets in the room, little attention was paid to details such as putting spare duvets on the floor of the closet. As I said, it is not a problem when adults stay, but families with children know that these places are constantly touched by children. The lobby and the toilet in the lobby are clean and smell clean. The staff is polite and caring. The only question is that I think cleaning needs to be paid a little more attention and looked at more professionally.
