İlk defa Elazığ da konaklama yapmak üzere araştırdığımda en iyi yorumların burada olduğunu görüp rezervasyon yaptırdım ama tam bir hayal kırılığı yaşıyorum. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Sıcak ürünler taze değil. Hizmet yavaş. Hiçbir yemeği yiyemedik. Odada klima soğutmuyor. Sıcaktan yatamadık. Gerçekten büyük hayal kırıklığı

Maalesef çok ama çok eski bir tesis. Odalar çok eski eşyalar ve dekora sahip. İlgili ve güleryüzlü personeli var. Resepsiyon ve bellboy arkadaşlara teşekkürler.Fiyat standarlar içinde. Aynı fiyatlarda daha yeni ve lux tesisler mevcut.

Atmosferi oldukça sıcak, yeterli ve rahat ettiğimiz bir oteldi. Oldukça temiz ve sakin. Odalar oldukça büyük ve ferah. Kahvaltı yeterli ve salon rahattı. Şehir merkezinde ve ulaşımı kolay bir yerde.

Elazığ ‘a gelirseniz nerede kalacağım diye hiç düşünmeyin. Muhteşem bir otel. Özellikle hijyen konusunda çok başarılı ve özenliler. Otelin kendisine ait Avm’si de var. Avm’de yerel ve ulusal markaların yanısıra market ,kuaför,şık cafeler de mevcut. Otelin restorantı çok geniş ve havadar. Yemek kalitesi çok iyi. İçli köftesini ve yöresel lezzetlerini özellikle tavsiye ediyorum.Otelde park sorunu da yok,ücretsiz otoparkı var. Şehir merkezindeki oteller gürültülü noktalardalar. Akgün otelin çok büyük bir alanı var ve sessiz bir uyku garanti. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum . Pişman olmayacaksınız.
