It's my 15 time in this hotel and I'm so happy to be here. We love the beach and the staff, very good service, the food is very nice and taste delicious since hotel don't have many customers. The rooms are so comfortable and very clean thanks Disnay. Also they have amazing customers service always avaliable to help, my favorite is Annelys. I recommend this hotel to all. I will omw back soon.

Went to Playa Paraiso had a great time. There was only 20 people there. A la carte the whole time. No buffet it was great. Food to your serving beef, pork, chicken or fish if you wanted to try them all they would cook it for you. Best time every. No shortage of food what so ever. I have been there around 25 times and this was the best. Any questions just ask me I will share to you.

Second time returning to this resort and over $200 Canadian was stolen out of our safe and our passports were sifted through! When bringing it up to security they said it was our fault and told us to go to the police and threatened us with never being able to return to Cuba again if a claim was made… terrible experience, customer service and security departments need a revamp of staff!
